We will endeavour to respond to queries of this nature within a few days (but intend to respond in detail to all such queries within 14 days of receipt).

If you have a betting or account transaction dispute, which you believe that Betfair has not satisfactorily resolved, you can approach IBAS (The Independent Betting Adjudication Service). IBAS is a third party organisation offering independent adjudication in relation to betting and gaming disputes.
If you are a UK registered customer and have made a complaint to Betfair in relation to the exchange and you feel that Betfair's final decision about your dispute was not dealt with satisfactorily, you may also refer a complaint to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner (“GGC”).The GGC’s advice to complainants can be found here.
If you have made a complaint to Betfair in relation to one of our Maltese licensed products and you feel that Betfair's final decision about your dispute was not dealt with satisfactorily, you can raise any unresolved dispute with the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. The LGA have jurisdiction over Casino, Arcade, Exchange Games, Tote, Multiples, Multiplayer Games, Vegas Slots, New Poker, Sportsbook betting and any non-UK registered customers using the betting platform.
