Nicky Henderson's VISCOUNTESS NELSON still looked a work in progress when getting off the mark over hurdles at Perth and is fancied to make light of her 7 lb penalty at the chief expense of Evening Tess, who holds good form claims but could have to settle for runner-up spot for the third time in a row. Frenati fluffed her lines on her hurdling bow at Newton Abbot but remains with potential and could also have a say along with the twice-placed Elated who now steps up in trip.

Promise shown in 2 bumpers last winter and also when third in a pair of 2m maiden hurdles at Chepstow and Warwick this spring. This daughter of Passing Glance could have more to offer now stepping up in trip.
Maria Mes (FR)
Appealing pedigree but yet to offer much in bumpers at Sandown and Uttoxeter either side of Christmas. Goes hurdling now after a layoff.
Evening Tess
Dink mare who has improved with each of her four runs, second of 7 her handicap debut at Newton Abbot (2¼m) 28 days ago. Holds very good form claims back in maiden company.
Frenati
Fair Stratford bumper winner in March and bettered that form when second under a penalty in similar company at Newton Abbot following month. Fell 1st in novice at Newton Abbot (17f) on hurdles bow 14 days ago but remain type to do well in this sphere.
My Lady D'ex (FR)
Has a good pedigree but has offered little in a pair of bumpers at Newton Abbot and here (tongue tied) this spring. Lots more needed now going hurdling.
