Timeform View

NO GAIN scored comfortably despite meeting with trouble over further here 18 days ago and she looks a major player once more in a race where plenty have something to prove.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

No Gain traded at a high of 3.60 and Betfair SP of 1.81 when winning last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Court Of Session
Eased a little in the weights and he duly capitalised to register a first success on both turf and at a sprint trip at Nottingham (6f) 3 days ago. Did that readily and easy to envisage another bold showing turned out quickly back up in trip.
Fulford Cross
Narrowly off the mark on all-weather here (7f) in December. However, below that level next 2 starts and did himself no favours following an awkward start when fifth at Wolverhampton (7f) in March. Given a break ahead of this.
Ballybaymoonshiner (FR)
Four-time winner on all-weather (all at 7f) who wasn't disgraced following 5 months off when sixth of 12 in handicap at Southwell (7f) 6 weeks ago, though a typically slow start not helping. Each-way claims back on turf.
Zambezi Diamond
Lightly-raced maiden who posted an improved effort on the back of a lengthy absence when fourth in a Southwell maiden (6f) in April. However, went backwards from that in handicap at Bath 2 weeks ago. Not the easiest to assess back up in trip.
Dayman (GER)
7-y-o who extended an already lengthy losing run tried in blinkers when well held eleventh of 12 in handicap at Chepstow (6f) 16 days ago. Cheekpieces go back on now but others make much more appeal.
No Gain
Winner in Jersey on final start for Martin Dunne and quickly found her feet for new yard, comfortably resuming winning ways despite meeting with trouble over the extended 7f here 18 days ago. Very much of interest again from 6 lb higher mark.
Drafted (IRE)
Winner for 3 of his 4 previous yards (all on all-weather) and he bettered recent efforts when 3¼ lengths fourth of 13 to No Gain in handicap at this course (7.6f, good to soft) 18 days ago. Now his task is to build on that display.
Kessaar Power (IRE)
Not fired in 5 starts since winning at Chelmsford in October, shaping as if amiss when last seen. Stable look to hold stronger claims with Court of Session.
Daddy Chill (IRE)
Regressive in 4 starts for Patrick Chamings since the turn of the year. Suffered a tack issue when heavily eased off on stable debut at Kempton 31 days ago and whilst this will reveal more, he remains with plenty to prove.
Beau Jardine (IRE)
It's now over 2 years since his last success but he did at least take a marginal step forward from his reappearance run when fourth of 10 in a C&D handicap 18 days ago. Not without each-way hope from his basement mark.
