Timeform View

WEDONTTELLLIES steps back down in grade and can add another C&D success to his record, with Comic Strip appealing as the one most likely to chase him home.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

In a race that lacks confirmed pace-forcers, Killavia could get the run of things.

Timeform Comments

Wedonttelllies (IRE)
Progressive juvenile who doubled his career tally over C&D in May. Failed to feature upped in grade after a 6 Ib rise in the weights at Epsom (5f, good to soft, 5/1) just last week. Should find this an easier task.
Killavia
Had a 5f maiden success at Sandown to her name last year but also tried her hand in a higher grade. Shaped as if needing the run when sixth of 8 on handicap debut at the same course (5f, good) 15 days ago. Has work to do from this mark.
Comic Strip (IRE)
Dual all-weather nursery winner over 5f last year. Wasted no time getting back to form when fifth at Windsor (6f, good to firm) last month. Will appreciate the return to the minimum trip.
Saffron Dandy (IRE)
Made a good start to handicapping with a pair of all-weather successes on first 2 starts this year. Has found life tougher since, though shaped a bit better than distance beaten suggests at Chester last time after racing up with the strong pace for long way.
Carefree Dream
Won a 5f nursery at Bath on penultimate start last season. Perhaps needed the outing both starts this season, though is eligible for lesser races.
