TEMPLE has a fully-fledged rider back in the saddle now and can build on his promising handicap debut third. Yafreh has stepped forward with each run so far and is most feared on his handicap bow, whilst Asia Force can also make his presence felt.

Timeform Comments

Asia Force (IRE)
Frankel colt who found only one too good on each of his 3 starts in novice company before a third of 9 on handicap debut at Chester (10.3f) 8 days ago. Seems sure to be suited by the longer trip and promises to go well once again.
York Tower
Shaped well when runner-up in 7f novices at Yarmouth and Chelmsford last year. Not especially progressive since and seemed to find a more competitive race a bit of a culture shock when fourth of 9 in handicap (16/1) at Epsom (1¼m, soft) 25 days ago. Holds place claims nevertheless.
Yafreh
Has progressed gradually across 3 starts in maidens, most recently when second of 5 at Hamilton (11f, good) 3 weeks ago. Yard form still a bit of a concern but he's likely to continue to go the right way now handicapping.
Temple
Wootton Bassett colt who reached 575,000 gns as a yearling. Improved from his debut when third of 9 in a maiden at Nottingham (8.3f, soft) in October and back on track (lost action on return) when a staying-on third of 6 in handicap (11/1) at Newmarket (1½m, good to firm). Makes appeal again.
Parisian Scholar
Won 3 nurseries and returned with 2 good placed efforts at Kempton on first 2 starts this year but seemingly in a bit of a lull at present, a first-time visor not really sparking him back to form at Lingfield last month.
