WHATSAVAILABLE is lurking on a handy mark and may be able to capitalise. Unexposed pair Mavetherave and Le Kap head the dangers in a wide-open handicap.

Timeform Comments

Lisnagar Fortune (IRE)
Inconsistent for Willie Mullins last year. Steps back up in trip with cheekpieces added following an underwhelming start for current yard.
Outside The Door (IRE)
Ran a fine race to finish close second in the La Touche at Punchestown in late-April. Never looked like taking advantage of his lower hurdles mark when last seen in this sphere, though.
Burning Ability (IRE)
Low-mileage 5-y-o. Needed a large slice of luck to get off the mark over hurdles at Listowel (2½m) last time. Unexposed over this longer trip but opening mark demands more.
Ottoman Style
Clearly hasn't been the easiest to train in recent seasons. Went backwards from his reappearance when pulled up at Punchestown latest.
Jisco Du Brem (FR)
Back on the up to open his hurdle account at Ballinrobe (2¾m) in late-May. That form has a solid look to it, and the longer trip could well be in his favour.
Mephisto (IRE)
Completed a hat-trick last August. In reasonable heart on the Flat more recently. Probably a shade too high in the weights back over hurdles, though.
Le Kap (FR)
Unexposed sort from excellent yard. Took a step forward when sixth on handicap debut/reappearance at Clonmel (2½m). Open to further improvement now tackling a longer trip.
Dorans Law (IRE)
Mainly a chaser nowadays. Did as well as could be expected when fifth on hurdles return at Kilbeggan, but again may not find this enough of a stamina test.
Radar Ahead
Won mares handicap hurdle at Sligo last summer. In good nick in middle-distance handicaps on the Flat before falling on return to hurdles at Downpatrick latest. Significantly longer trip could help iron out some of the creases in her jumping.
Whatsavailable (IRE)
Best effort for a while when third in a big-field handicap at Cork in April. In the process of backing that up when unseating at Wexford the following month. Handicapper has given a chance following below-form fourth at Listowel latest, and he may well capitalise.
Midnight Moonshine (IRE)
Kilbeggan maiden hurdle winner last summer. Ran poorly on sole start in a handicap hurdle. Now reverts to hurdling following a spell in the doldrums over fences this year.
The Miracle Man (IRE)
Two-time hurdle winner. Below form final start for A. L. T. Moore in early-May. Well worth a go in more severe headgear, and he should at least be competitive on first start for excellent new yard.
Mavetherave (IRE)
Lightly-raced 6-y-o maiden. Hit frame in points and closely related to useful 3m hurdler. Best effort when runner-up in Downpatrick maiden on good ground last summer before leaving W. R. Crawford this spring. Looks interesting tackling longer trip on return to less testing conditions.
Justatan (FR)
Successful both starts in points. Looked in need of further in 2m maiden hurdles last winter before finishing well held (28/1) on handicap bow at Naas (19f, heavy) in January. Should have more to offer over markedly longer distance given his pedigree/connections.
Tolka Row (IRE)
Placed in points. Ran best race when runner-up in Tramore novice (2¾m) on qualifying run last time. That form has some substance, and it'll be no surprise to see him take another step forward over longer trip on handicap bow.
Accustomed (IRE)
Gambled-on second at Downpatrick in March. Step back in the right direction when fifth at Punchestown last time, and he's entitled to be in the mix if building on that. Cheekpieces go back on.
Broken Ice (IRE)
Resumed winning ways over hurdles at Perth last summer. Encouraging fifth over inadequate trip at Wexford (17f) latest. Return to headgear/longer trip sure to benefit, and he's weighted to go close if lining up. RESERVE
