Timeform View

IT JUST TAKES TIME is a multiple C&D winner and looks primed to strike after a couple of good recent seconds. He can account for Tattie Bogle and Coolree who finished first and second here last month and are closely matched after a swing in the weights.

Timeform Comments

It Just Takes Time (IRE)
Back in form when runner-up last 2 starts, confirming he's ready to strike again soon when collared in the dying strides at Thirsk 18 days ago. Now returns to Beverley where he has 3 wins over C&D to his name and looks sure to go well.
Glenfinnan (IRE)
Won over C&D in May (beating a subsequent winner) but has raced freely in both runs since, including when fourth of 14 refitted with a hood in a handicap at Carlisle 10 days ago. Could figure in the finish returned to this track if settling better.
Capital Guarantee (IRE)
Second over C&D in April but has been out of sorts since and he's hard to fancy in current heart.
Highland Olly
Won at Nottingham and Ripon in April. Probably best when able to dominate but still ran creditably when second of 6 at Musselburgh (9f) 12 days ago when proving unable to lead. Drops back in trip here but is likely to give his running once more.
Degale
Free-going sort who produced a creditable third at Nottingham in May but has been inconsistent since. Needs to bounce back.
Tattie Bogle
Won over C&D (beating Coolree 1¾ lengths) 11 days ago and quickly followed that up with a good effort under a penalty when second of 10 at Thirsk 3 days ago. Up in grade here but likely to go well in current heart assuming this race doesn't come too soon.
Coolree (IRE)
Thrives at this track, finishing out of the first 2 only once in 8 starts, including back-to-back wins in May, and he was 1¾ lengths second to Tattie Bogle here last time. 4 lb better off with that rival and looks sure to give his running.
Bajan Bandit
Better known for all-weather exploits nowadays and came last of 8 at Nottingham 9 days ago on first start for 3 months, soon poorly positioned. Tried in a first-time visor now and has plenty to prove.
