Timeform View

A DAUGHTERS LOVE hasn't looked back since being sent over 1¼m and with further progress on the cards now tackling 1½m, David Flood's filly is taken to complete the hat-trick at the expense of Luan, who opened his account last time and is another who may well appreciate this extra distance. A first-time visor sparked Educate back to form last time so he completes the shortlist.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

A Daughters Love traded at a high of 14.50 and Betfair SP of 3.71 when winning last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Roman Secret (IRE)
Ended a long losing run on return in 11-runner event here (9.5f) in April. Followed that with a lesser effort at Southwell but back on song when third of 11 in at this course 6 weeks ago, seen to maximum effect back down in trip. Has since moved yards.
Educate
Infrequent winner but wasted no time getting back to form in a first-time visor when third of 7 at Redcar (1¾m, good) last month. In the mix with a repeat.
Luan (FR)
Put previous efforts firmly behind him to open his account in 13-runner handicap at Newcastle (1¼m) last month, enjoying a more favourable run than the placed pair yet still displaying a neat change of pace. Upped further in trip and can progress again.
Virtual Hug (IRE)
Ended a lengthy losing run in a weak race over C&D in March and doubled tally for 2026 at Bath in May. Followed that with a lesser effort but back on track given more time when fourth of 13 at latter track last month. Cheekpieces reapplied.
Nala The Lioness
Missed the bulk of 2025 and having made a very low-key start on the all-weather for this yard, a breathing operation did the trick when successful at in classified company at Windsor last month. Similar form when runner-up at Ayr since and she's folly to ignore back handicapping.
Wonderful Wendy
Attracted support making handicap debut and showed improved form when second of 9 at Chepstow (1½m, soft) last month. Nudged up a couple of pounds but looks capable of winning race of this nature.
Come On John (IRE)
C&D winner but has struggled since leaving James Owen. Back up in trip in a reapplied visor but hard to warm to.
Late Claim (FR)
Has just the sole success to her name but shaped as if still in good form under a ride that asked a lot of her when third of 9 in minor event at Ayr (13f, soft) last month. Step forward required if she's to add to her tally.
Blue Tulip (IRE)
Space Blues filly who has offered little in 3 quick-fire runs in recent weeks. May well show more now handicapping upped further in trip.
A Daughters Love
Much improved since upped to this trip for current yard, readily opening her account in 6-runner handicap at Chepstow last month. Built on that from 5 lb higher when following up in 10-runner event at Leicester (1¼m) 10 days ago and the hat-trick looks on provided she gets the trip.
Galistra (FR)
Well-bred filly but fared no better than in a brace of all-weather starts for Ralph Beckett when last of 5 in novice at Thirsk (1½m, good) 4 weeks ago (had breathing operation prior). Basement mark to work with sent handicapping but needs to show plenty more.
Crazy Plan
Well beaten in maidens/novice company, latest on return at Leicester (1¼m, firm) just over 7 weeks ago. Jolt of improvement required now sent down the handicap route upped to 1½m.
