Timeform View

WORLD AS ONE should be wiser with his recent Roscommon hurdle debut behind him and can strike for Willie Mullins. Sharu has shown a quirky side but his latest Kilbeggan second shows he can make an impact in these races and Darragh O'Keeffe takes the reins on him for the first time now. Whats New and First Ascent are others likely to get involved.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

World As One traded at a low of 2.74 and Betfair SP of 2.78 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Whats New (IRE)
Unreliable type but this maiden is capable of fair form on his day. Creditable second of 11 in maiden (13/8) at Sligo (17f, good) 9 days ago, carrying head awkwardly. Should be on the premises but might be vulnerable to improvers.
Alfinthesea (IRE)
Affinisea gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler Cosmo Renfro. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 2¾m) Shang Tang. The betting should help guide to expectations with this newcomer.
Breezingwithdstars (IRE)
Signs of only a little ability in 2 maiden hurdles and bumpers.
First Ascent (IRE)
Fairly useful maiden on the Flat (stays 13f) for Matthew Smith. Pulled up on hurdle debut for Gordon Elliott last autumn but fared better when fifth of 15 at Sligo (2¼m, good to soft) 8 months later and should be capable of better again for top stable.
Kilmond Knight (IRE)
Pulled up sole start in points and unseated rider in novice hurdle at Ballinrobe (2¾m, good, 250/1) on hurdles debut 57 days ago.
Minnatrix (IRE)
Fared best of the newcomers when runner-up in a bumper at Roscommon last autumn but hasn't backed that up since, including weakening when falling 2 out on hurdle debut.
No Mon No Fun (IRE)
Failed to complete both starts in points and remote fourth of 18 in maiden (28/1) at Limerick (2½m, good) on hurdle debut 19 days ago. Tongue tie worn then is retained. Improvement will be needed.
Rumi Rock (IRE)
Third on first of 2 starts in points but well held on bumper debut (20/1) at Wexford (2½m, good to soft) 55 days ago. Outsider on hurdles bow.
Sharu (IRE)
Lightly-raced sort from a good yard. Improved second of 12 in maiden at Kilbeggan (2m, good) 36 days ago, although he did carry his head awkwardly under pressure. Darragh O'Keeffe takes over from an amateur now. Considered.
World As One (GER)
Promising type. Reached the frame in 2 bumpers before fifth of 14 in maiden (6/4) at Roscommon (2m, good) on hurdle bow 15 days ago, looking in need of experience. Tongue strap on first time. Open to progress.
Lady Felicia (IRE)
100/1, fourth of 15 in maiden hurdle at this course (2m, good to soft) on debut 56 days ago. Tongue strap on first time now. May do better.
Middlethird Marvel
Showed little in bumpers and has fared no better in 2 hurdles.
Phyllis Rodda (IRE)
Berkshire mare. Half-sister to smart hurdler/chaser Salvador Ziggy (2½m-3m winner). Dam unraced. Pulled up both starts in points in October 2025, but she's worth a market check as she goes over hurdles.
