Timeform View

A tricky finale to solve but PARTY DRESS caught the eye under inexperienced handling when fourth at Killarney last week and, now reunited with a fully-fledged rider, Willie McCreery's mare gets the nod to cash in on a reduced mark. Tatum has a fine record at this venue so could be the one to give the selection most to think about, with Jurality and Friary Road taken to fight out minor honours.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Friary Road traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts: Jr Mahon traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Friary Road (IRE)
Bumper/hurdles winner who might have needed the run after 10 weeks off when third of 5 in minor event over C&D (good to firm) a fortnight ago. More required if he's to open his Flat account.
Trubshaw
Dual winner last year who ran to form when eighth of 20 on his comeback at Navan in April. Back in cheekpieces but failed to fire at the Curragh (1¾m) when last seen a couple of months ago, firmer conditions a possible reason. Handicapper begins to relent.
Party Dress (IRE)
Offered very little sent chasing back in the spring but recent Flat starts suggest she could be ready to strike, likely to have benefited from stronger handling when fourth of 11 at Killarney (14.4f, good) last week. High on the shortlist reunited with a fully-fledged rider.
Tatum (IRE)
Scored here 12 months ago (beating a couple of next-time-out winners) and back to that sort of level when third of 6 in that corresponding race last week, settling better than she had at Limerick. Blinkers left off here but fancied to go close again back up in trip.
Jr Mahon (IRE)
One-time fair maiden on the Flat but out of sorts since his return and hopes pinned on a first-time visor sparking a revival.
Jurality
Gained reward for consistency when finally getting off the mark at Navan in June. Went within a nose of following up at Bellewstown next time and shaped as if still in good form when fifth of 11 at Killarney (14.4f, good) last week. Every chance he'll feature again.
Miss Gitana (IRE)
Has made little impact since joining current yard, held back by her jumping reverted to hurdling at Cork recently. Readily passed over back on the level.
Stone Rulya (IRE)
Hadn't been showing much over jumps and it was a similar story back on the level in a Tramore claimer earlier in the month. Makes handicap debut on the Flat but tough to recommend.
Folly Beach
Losing run is mounting up but stepped forward from this season's return when second of 14 at Down Royal (13f) last month. Not so good the last twice, however.
