Timeform View

PRINCESS CHLOE improved when runner-up on her turf debut at Limerick a fortnight ago and is taken to go one better in a weak handicap. Pocket Jacks shaped well over this C&D last month and rates the main danger, with Liamo and Dawn Flame also respected if able to show their best.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Timeform Comments

Heart Of Eternity (IRE)
Made the frame all 3 starts for Charlie Appleby but yet to fire for her current yard, well beaten again back from 4 months off at Leopardstown (1m) 16 days ago. Engaged 7.08 Cork Friday.
Variance (IRE)
Little to shout about in varied events, including handicap/stable debut earlier this month.
Princess Chloe (IRE)
Showed improved form when 1¼ lengths second of 14 to Glen Breeze in handicap at Limerick a fortnight ago. Up 3 lb for that performance but will be firmly in the mix if able to replicate it in what looks a weak race, particularly with a good-value 7 lb claimer booked.
Roman Harry (IRE)
Modest strike rate with 2 wins (Laytown maiden and Dundalk claimer) from 43 starts. Little encouragement to be gleaned from last 2 outings.
Baby Basma (IRE)
Debut winner at Cork (5f) last April. Fourth in 6f conditions event at Dundalk in March but hasn't kicked on in handicaps last 2 starts.
Dawn Flame
Winner at Dundalk in January. Back on track with third of 14 in 7f Limerick handicap earlier this month and backed that performance up despite racing from 2 lb out of the handicap when 4½ lengths fifth of 14 to Ardadslosttheplot at Leopardstown 9 days ago.
Pocket Jacks (IRE)
Has improved since tackling handicaps, finishing third of 18 in a extended 6f contest at Curragh in June and then chasing home Gilts in a C&D event 9 days later. Solid claims of being involved again.
Stiorra (IRE)
Showed fair form as a juvenile but failed to better that in numerous handicap outings as a 3-y-o and has a bit to prove returning from a near 10-month absence on debut for new connections.
Hero Of The Hour
Wasn't disgraced on first outing since leaving T. G. McCourt after 3 months off when fourth of 16 at Fairyhouse in June but has gone the wrong way both starts since.
Thumama Sands (IRE)
Footstepsinthesand gelding who was well held at very long odds in 3 maidens. Makes handicap debut but unlikely to be of interest unless market speaks in his favour.
Will Be King (IRE)
Fairly useful performer at best whose last success came in 2020. Runner-up in classified company at Wolverhampton on reappearance after a 31-month layoff but hasn't matched that form in 2 handicap starts since.
Liamo (IRE)
Hasn't fired on either start this season but has been given a chance by the handicapper as a result and it would be no surprise were he to fare better with those 2 outings under his belt. Place claims.
Maker's Mark (IRE)
Modest maiden who has been well held when tackling longer trips on last 3 starts. Wears first-time visor.
Mini Cotai (IRE)
Isn't the easiest of rides and remains a maiden but ran right up to her best when second of 7 at Down Royal (5f) in June. Below that level all 3 starts since, though, and remains unproven beyond 6f.
Romantic War (IRE)
Long-standing maiden who has made very little impact in a quartet of outings this year.
Garryowen Green (IRE)
No form in maidens or handicaps.
