Timeform View

BRASH looks the percentage call in a weak race. Unexposed Kohana Nation is by far the most interesting of the remainder.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Brash traded at a low of 20.00 and Betfair SP of 5.85 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently: Kohana Nation traded at a low of 5.00 and Betfair SP of 5.40 when losing last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Brash (IRE)
On the up when second on handicap debut at Ripon (6f) earlier this month. Didn't build on that over the minimum trip at Ayr subsequently. Returns to 6f with first-time blinkers added and has leading claims in a weak maiden.
Kohana Nation (IRE)
Made a bright start on the all-weather last winter, still showing inexperience when runner-up in a fair maiden at Newcastle (7f) second time up. May have benefitted from a 7-month break and looks interesting tackling turf/6f for the first time.
Stoneacre Joe
Has gone the wrong way since finishing runner-up in a pair of 6f events in the spring.
Triple P
Showed a bit when beaten under 7 lengths on racecourse bow at Redcar (7f). Should learn from that but needs significantly more to trouble the form principals.
Spruces Due
Well beaten both starts, latterly on stable debut/reappearance here (7f). Little appeal with first-time hood added.
Sakura Impact (IRE)
Ran green when distant third of 3 behind a couple of well-bred prospects on debut at Yarmouth (1m). No guarantee she'll be sharp enough for sprinting.
