Unexposed AURA CHAMPAGNE is narrowly preferred to recent C&D runner-up Moonlit Surf.

Timeform Comments

Aura Champagne (IRE)
110,000 gns Dark Angel filly. Close third behind a now-useful sort at Newbury (7f) last September. Wasn't given hard time behind a couple of useful prospects on return there (1¼m) last month. Better to come over a trip more in keeping with her pedigree, and she could make it third time lucky.
Moonlit Surf
Progressive filly. Fourth in a solid-looking contest on handicap bow before doing well to finish ½-length second in muddling C&D novice last time. Obvious claims if first-time hood has the desired effect, for all this could again be slowly run.
Moontune
Space Blues filly. Half-sister to 7f-9f winner Spielman. Dam, 2-y-o 7f winner, half-sister to high-class 6f-1½m winner Romantic Warrior. Trainer/jockey were successful with a big-priced newcomer last month, but the percentage call is to look elsewhere.
My Prerogative
Has an ordinary pedigree and offered little on debut for Ed Walker at Kempton (6f) last September. Hard to be confident of better returning over a longer trip for new connections.
Quisana (IRE)
Fair filly who has run to a similar level all 4 starts. Made the odds-on favourite pull out all the stops in 3-runner Chepstow maiden (1m) latest. Could be vulnerable to a more progressive one here.
Yimmna (FR)
€650,000 Siyouni filly. Hard to know what she achieved when no match for a now-useful one in 3-runner Newmarket novice (1m) second time up. Should do better at some point and interesting to see if connections make more use of her (plenty of stamina on dam's side).
