Timeform View

PRINCESS FELICIA may make her second start for David Harry Kelly a winning one. Maxicourt and Diamond Secret are other likely types, while Arctic Piper and Taketwotoone both make each-way appeal.

Timeform Comments

Double Power (IRE)
Lightly-raced 6-y-o whose standout effort came on debut. Well held on second handicap start at Wexford last time.
Pure Logic
Plenty of placed efforts in bumpers/hurdles. Hard to be confident she's in that sort of form, though, running poorly at Stratford last month before shaping as if amiss at Uttoxeter. Danny Mullins takes over.
Diamond Secret (FR)
Lightly-raced sort has been brought along steadily. Finished 9 lengths fifth over an inadequate trip at Kilbeggan (2m) before being carried badly right/running out at the first last time. Type to benefit from first-time blinkers and remains unexposed over this sort of test.
Arctic Piper (IRE)
Has fallen a long way in the weights following a quiet 2025 for Patrick T. Foley. Fell at the fourth on chasing debut at Wexford last month. Interesting if back on song reverted to hurdling on second start for present yard.
Inchidaly Copper (IRE)
Won twice in 2025. Stepped up plenty on his comeback run when 11¼ lengths third at Killarney. Now quickly back over hurdles following a moody display in a Galway chase last time.
Maxicourt (IRE)
Inconsistent sort. Couldn't justify support/build on the promise of his previous run at Cork (17f) last time. Probably worth another go over this trip and still potentially well treated with Daniel King taking over.
Nashville Notions (IRE)
Off the mark in a maiden hurdle at Sligo last summer. Ran one of her better races since when 8¼ lengths sixth of 14 in first-time cheekpieces at Wexford latest, and might have finished in the frame barring a late error.
Taketwotoone (IRE)
Lost her way after hitting the frame on first 2 starts over hurdles in early-2025. Step back in the right direction when 10½ lengths fifth of 16 at Cork (17f) last time. Interesting if building on that.
Jack Inthe Jukebox (IRE)
Pulled up both handicap starts over 3m in the spring. Plenty to prove returning from 11 weeks off over a new trip.
Miss Guiry (IRE)
Placed in a cork bumper on debut. Offered little in maiden hurdles at the back end of last year. Now sent handicapping in first-time tongue strap and at least warrants a market check with Danny Gilligan taking over (1-1 for yard this year).
The Ducks Walk (IRE)
Winning pointer. Set plenty to do when showing his first form on handicap bow at Kilbeggan (3m) in mid-June, finishing 7 lengths fourth of 14 (28/1). Very lightly raced for his age.
Keep The Head (IRE)
No form in bumpers/hurdles, including on debut for present yard last time.
Talas Kera (IRE)
Lightly-raced hurdler. Failed to see out 3m twice at Wexford last month, latterly on handicap bow. May be capable of better back down in trip off 2 lb lower, though is sometimes let down by her jumping.
Princess Felicia (IRE)
Lightly-raced 7-y-o. Has 10½-month absence to overcome, though went well fresh on debut for current yard when 4¾ lengths third of 16 at Clonmel in October. Well treated on that form (fifth and sixth both won next time).
The Cobblers Wife (IRE)
Low-mileage 8-y-o shaped as though amiss on final start for Gordon Michael Doyle at Punchestown in May. Undergone a significant stable change and market can guide with promising claimer taking over.
Youknowme (IRE)
Lightly-raced type. Showed up much better than previously (in refitted cheekpieces) when beaten just under 13 lengths at Kilbeggan (3m) in June. Couldn't repeat that back over this sort of trip at Killarney, though.
Lanzhou (FR)
Fourth on both point starts (sent off favourite second of those). Offered little on 5 maiden hurdle starts this spring. Handicaps have presumably been the target and needs a second look in the betting. RESERVE
Colesberg (IRE)
No impact in 4 starts in the spring. Should be of more interest with the switch to a longer trip/handicap set to benefit. RESERVE
Beacon Bypass (IRE)
Well held on 4 quick-fire runs in May. Unknown quantity sent handicapping in first-time tongue strap/cheekpieces, though assessor hasn't taken any chances with his opening mark. RESERVE
