Timeform View

WISE AND WONDERFUL shaped better than the result on nursery debut at Goodwood, keeping on when hampered in the closing stages, so she is taken to resume her progress in this lower grade. She can see off the challenge of Greek Symphony who continues to go the right way, while Minster Boy could fare better up in trip.

Timeform Comments

Wise And Wonderful
Progressed again when scoring in straightforward fashion in maiden over this C&D last month. Had hopeless task from her position when tenth of 18 on nursery debut at Goodwood 15 days ago, so she's one to keep on the right side as she drops in grade.
Bincimbal (IRE)
Plenty of appeal on pedigree and ran to a fair level when third of 5 in novice at Yarmouth in May. However, was well beaten when fourth of 6 at Salisbury last month, though did lead until after halfway. Improvement required on nursery bow.
Greek Symphony
Has progressed with each of her 4 starts so far, making a successful nursery debut on the all-weather at Lingfield in July. Finished clear of the rest when never-nearer third of 6 at Leicester 5 days ago and she's not taken lightly.
Minster Boy (IRE)
Improved from debut when runner-up in 18-runner novice at Newbury (6f) in July. Unsuited by the drop back to 5f when well held in Super Sprint at the same course 9 days later, so he's worth another chance now tried over further (has been gelded).
Sequel Star (IRE)
Bred to be useful and has shown encouragement in making the frame both starts, third of 8 in maiden at Wolverhampton (6f) last month (the runner-up won next time). Likely to progress further as she goes up in trip for nursery debut.
