Some interesting newcomers and a couple with good entries in MOSHEER and San Jose could be the pair to focus on before any betting clues. Mister Whippy and Gambling Man made promising debuts and should be in the mix with improvement.

Timeform Comments

Another Encore (IRE)
Showed more than first time up in 7f Ascot novice on firm 5 weeks ago, although might've been a bit flattered in a tactical race. Looks one for nurseries.
Diamondise (IRE)
Foaled April 27. €10,000 yearling, Space Traveller colt. Dam 2-y-o 6f winner. Stable had a rare first-time-out winning 2-y-o in June.
Gallego
Foaled February 13. 55,000 gns yearling, Havana Gold colt. Half-brother to 1¼m winner Camelot Tales and 8.6f winner Tempted. Dam 7f/1m winner. Second 2-y-o runner of the season for a trainer who generally favours the patient approach.
Gambling Man (IRE)
26,000 gns Cotai Glory brother to winner up to 1m Chimgan and half-brother to 2-y-o 1m winner The Road Is Long. 28/1, shaped encouragingly in fourth in 18-runner 6f novice here (firm) on debut 5 weeks ago, staying on well. Form of that race is solid and he can improve up in trip.
Lots Road (IRE)
Foaled April 9. 100,000 gns yearling, Too Darn Hot colt. Half-brother to useful 1¼m-1½m winner Lord Melbourne. Dam 1¼m-1½m winner. Appealing sort on paper although has a wide draw to overcome.
Maktoo
Foaled March 29. £32,000 yearling, Too Darn Hot colt. Half-brother to 5f winner Love Love. Dam, 6f winner, half-sister to useful 1m/9f winner Polygreen. Stable been fairly quiet with its 2-y-os so far in 2026.
Mister Whippy (USA)
Starspangledbanner gelding with plenty of stamina on dam's side of pedigree and sales price rose to €150,000 as a yearling. 33/1, shaped with promise when fourth of 9 on debut at Doncaster (7f) last month, green and doing his best work at the finish. Sure to improve.
Mosheer (IRE)
Foaled March 24. 185,000 gns yearling, New Bay colt. Dam, 8.3f winner who stayed 1½m, half-sister to useful/ungenuine 2-y-o 8.3f winner (stayed 10.5f) My Lord And Master. Has some good entries and is one to note on debut.
Mr Montgomery
Foaled January 23. Coulsty colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 6f-1m winner Capuchinero and 1m winner Arendelle. Yard yet to have a successful newcomer this season and he might be better for the run.
Red Tail (IRE)
20,000 gns Showcasing gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to winner up to 7f Gallagher and winner up to 1¼m Quick Wit (both smart). 3/1, promising start when ½-length second of 5 in 6f Brighton maiden last week, green but staying on well. 7f will suit and sure to improve.
Saint Mungo (IRE)
Foaled March 8. 85,000 gns yearling, Gleneagles colt. Dam third at 1m. Yard having another fine season with juveniles.
San Jose (IRE)
Foaled April 26. €105,000 yearling, Blackbeard colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including winner up to 1½m Juan de Montalban and 2-y-o 1m winner Pintara, both useful. Has got some good entries and the yard get the odd winning newcomer.
Silent Force (IRE)
Foaled April 15. No Nay Never colt. Half-brother to several winners, including 1m-1¼m winner Arabian Force and 1m-11f winner Sea The Casper, both smart. Lots to like on paper.
