Last month's Group 3 Summer Stakes at York looks solid form so AMERICA QUEEN and Royal Fixation may be the pair to focus on. The former finished 1¼ lengths ahead of Karl Burke's charge on that occasion and, from a handy draw for a prominent racer, is taken to confirm that superiority. The returning Arabian Dusk and last year's runner-up Magic Basma are others likely to be in the shake-up.

Group 2 winner as a juvenile and also reached the frame 3 times at pattern level last year. Has a 12-month absence to overcome but her yard is in very good form and she'll be a threat to all if close to her best. Wears a first-time tongue tie.
Brazilian Rose (IRE)
Back on track in no uncertain terms in 2026, winning 4 all-weather handicaps at up to 7f, but her limitations at listed/Group level have been exposed in recent starts.
Dash Of Azure
Useful sort who has finished runner-up in 7f listed events at Chester in recent months. Needs to bounce back from a below-par effort in the Oak Tree at Glorious Goodwood, though. This is only the second 6f start of her career.
Magic Basma (IRE)
Useful filly who was second in this last year and also runner-up in listed races at Haydock (6f, good to soft) and Musselburgh (7f, good to firm) at the start of this summer. Creditable fourth of 7 in another listed race at Chester when last seen 7 weeks ago. Drawn widest but still respected.
America Queen (IRE)
Made the frame at Group level for the fourth time in her career when 1¾ lengths fourth of 13 to Flora of Bermuda in Summer Stakes at York (6f, good to firm) 37 days ago, with Royal Fixation behind in fifth. A very bold bid is likely from a handy inside stall.
Catching The Moon (IRE)
Group 3 winner as a 2-y-o but has plenty to prove after 2 disappointing efforts this year (reported to have bled when tailed off at York latterly).
Killavia
Career-best effort when winning a 5f Ascot handicap (good to firm) 23 days ago but even more will be needed if she's to play a prominent role back in listed company.
Miss Nightcap
Progressive filly who posted a useful effort when making a successful handicap debut at Leicester (6f, good to firm) 25 days ago. Further improvement will be needed to get seriously competitive at this level but no surprise were she to find it.
Royal Fixation
Good 2-y-o for Ed Walker, including a win in Group 2 Lowther at York (America Queen second). Hasn't reproduced that level in 2 outings for Karl Burke, although latest 3 lengths fifth (America Queen fourth) in York Group 3 was a step back in the right direction after a disappointing reappearance.
Ruby's Angel (IRE)
Low-mileage 3-y-o who doubled her tally with handicap success at Chester (6f, good) in May. Mostly respectable efforts in defeat since but she's short of the required standard at this level.
Sing The Blues (IRE)
Useful efforts to win a pair of 6f handicaps since joining Martin Dunne, latterly a big-field race at Glorious Goodwood. Well worth her place in this higher grade.
