A few with chances but it could pay to side with VALVANO to return in style after a break and capitalise on a handy-looking mark for his in-form yard. Dual C&D winner Shiplake could emerge as the main danger now back over 7f, although Brian Toomey's new recruit Tina's Indian is worth a market check with Billy Loughnane in the saddle.

Got back on the up when notching a sixth C&D win in 6-runner handicap in March. Off since but can't be discounted.
Midnight Thunder
A dual 6f scorer in 2024. Off the track since coming in eleventh in UAE 2000 Guineas at Meydan (1m) 18 months ago. Has his fitness to prove on his tapeta debut. Tongue strap goes on for the first time.
Great Dream
6/5 and cheekpieces on for first time when signing off for William Haggas with easy victory in 6-runner handicap at Ffos Las (7f, soft) in June. Hiked up 12 lb here but not out of things for new yard.
Tina's Indian (IRE)
A fairly useful 7f scorer in 2025. Has returned in good nick, tongue strap on for first time when signing off for Mark Fahey with third of 6 in conditions event at Fairyhouse (7f, good to soft) in June. Not without interest on debut for Brian Toomey with Billy Loughnane up.
Willem Twee
Smart on all-weather in his prime for James Fanshawe. Offered little for new yard though when last of 13 in handicap at Windsor (6f, firm) 20 days ago. Needs to take a big step forward.
Skipper
Made a successful start for current trainer at Redcar (1m) in April but has run poorly in 1m handicaps at Newmarket and Windsor (cheekpieces on) since. Has it to prove now tried in blinkers.
Dixieland Blues
Course winner who signed off for 2025 with victory in 10-runner handicap at Kempton (7f) in September. Off since so needs to hit the ground running on his belated return.
Aurora Majesty (IRE)
A 3-time 7f winner in first half of 2025. Only twice raced this season and got back on track with seventh of 15 in handicap at Thirsk (7f, good) 15 days ago. Possibilities.
Shiplake (IRE)
Looked firmly on the up when a dual C&D winner this winter. Shaped better than position suggests in 7f handicaps at Ascot and Goodwood in May but not at his best dropped to 6f when eighth at Windsor (6f, good to firm) in June. Worth another chance back at 7f after a break.
Sovereign Ocean (IRE)
Dual 7f scorer at Musselburgh (for Iain Jardine) and Wolverhampton in 2025. Advanced his form with second of 8 in handicap at Chester (7f, good to firm) in June. Up 3 lb but needs considering with few miles still on the clock.
Utmost Good Faith
Ex-Irish gelding who scored 3 times (at 7f/1m) for George Boughey this year, signing off with success at Epsom in July. Changed hands for 28,000 guineas but last of 13 (in headgear change) in handicap at Goodwood (7f, good to firm) 15 days ago. Eyeshields go on for the first time now.
Divine Libra (IRE)
Over 2 years without a win and arrives below par, only 11th of 20 in first-time blinkers in handicap at Goodwood (7f, good to firm) 18 days ago. More is required despite a falling mark.
Kisskodi (IRE)
A 4-time winner in 2025 who got back on the up when successful at Chepstow (7f, soft) in June. Hiked up 7 lb but still can't be dismissed.
