SOVEREIGN VIEW represents a yard going well and can get off the mark for the year at the expense of the class-dropping Galyx. Sharp Move and Oh Yes You Do are also ones to consider.

Timeform Comments

Galyx (IRE)
Dual winner in 2024 but lightly raced since. Best effort this season when making the frame over C&D in June. Laboured effort when only mid-division at Hamilton last time. Has a chance on old form now dropped in grade.
Sharp Move (IRE)
Left his debut well behind when scoring by 7 lengths in 1¼m Newcastle maiden in November. Only eighth of 14 in novice at Southwell (1½m, 14/1) on seasonal reappearance last month but now makes handicap debut for top yard.
Moon Angel
Bookended a light 2025 campaign with victories at Salisbury and Newmarket, the latter coming over 1¾m last August. Only beat a sole rival on return at Ascot in May and has to overcome a further absence here.
Carnival Day (IRE)
C&D winner. Has been a bit in-and-out so far this season, making the frame twice at Epsom but only fifth of 6 in handicap at Salisbury (1¼m, good, 9/2) 16 days ago. Has dropped back down to last winning mark and any positive market vibes should be noted.
Sovereign View
Free-going sort got off the mark at Newcastle in October and has largely maintained his form this season, latest when third at Kempton (1m) just over 2 weeks ago. The cheekpieces are left off on first try at this trip. Has to be taken seriously.
Golden Circet (IRE)
Hasn't really gone on in this sphere this year after finishing third at Kempton in February. Mark keeps falling but needs to show more before becoming of immediate interest.
Magnatura (IRE)
Won twice at 2 yrs over 7f and excellent reappearance when hitting the frame in a Newbury handicap (1m) in May. Hasn't kicked on in 3 subsequent outings, though was a shade better than the result at Goodwood last month.
Oh Yes You Do (FR)
Resumed winning ways at Lingfield in June but found run of progression coming to a halt at Salisbury last time. The booking of Billy Loughnane catches the eye in bid to bounce back.
Golden Phase
Made all at Salisbury last summer, though has only been seen 3 times since, failing to beat a rival over C&D on reappearance last month. Others more persuasive.
