Handicap debutant STEAL A GLANCE is bred to appreciate this significantly longer trip. She's fancied to go one better than at Stratford on Tuesday, with progressive mare Camshaft the obvious form danger. Mobile Mamma is an interesting first runner at Fontwell for an Irish yard that knows the time of day.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Steal A Glance traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on 3 of its last 5 starts: Mobile Mamma traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 4 starts.

Timeform Comments

Camshaft (IRE)
Lightly-raced 5-y-o. Much improved sent handicapping in cheekpieces, following up her Ffos Las win with an all-the-way success at Bangor in May. Progressed again when 1¾ lengths third on hat-trick bid at Uttoxeter (23f) latest and should continue to give a good account.
Mobile Mamma (IRE)
Intriguing Irish raider. Reappearance second to Ladies Well (winner since) on debut for current yard reads well. Lamentable display back hurdling at Wexford last time. Booking of Harry Skelton suggests a bounce back is on the cards, though, with tongue strap she wore on stable debut also refitted.
Luna Run (IRE)
Presumably all the better for refitted tongue strap (has had breathing issues) when readily justifying support at Warwick on second start for Harry Derham. Her weak-finishing ways reappeared when shaping second best off this mark at Stratford subsequently, though.
Steal A Glance
Showed more than previously over hurdles when 7 lengths second in maiden at Stratford (19f) on Tuesday evening. Should relish this much longer trip (hails from useful staying family) and makes plenty of appeal now sent handicapping by good yard.
Athena's Dream
Consistent in staying handicaps. Avoided mistakes when beaten 5 lengths at Uttoxeter last time. More needed to reverse that form with Camshaft, for all she didn't help her cause by losing a prominent pitch at a vital stage on that occasion.
Lynsey Larue (IRE)
Dual Irish point winner who finally gained a first success under Rules (tongue tied) in a thin handicap chase at Ffos Las (3m) in May. Since shaped as though amiss at Uttoxeter and has a bit to find back hurdling following an 11-week absence. Engaged 5.12 Newton Abbot Thursday.
Glorious Mist (IRE)
Maiden who showed next to nothing last year. Yet to be asked for her effort when taking a heavy fall over C&D (40/1) in May. Off for 3 months since and has plenty on at the weights.
