Timeform View

LEQUINTO can race off the same mark as when an unlucky third here recently so is fancied to bag a remarkable ninth course success. Supreme King also didn't enjoy the rub of the green when fifth at Chester last time and rates a big threat in his bid for a fifth victory of 2026. Both Amazonian Dream and Under The Twilight also possess excellent course records and can play a prominent role too in this competitive sprint.

Timeform Comments

Supreme King (IRE)
Is enjoying an excellent season and gained a fourth success at Salisbury (6f) in August. Posted another good effort from a poor draw with fifth of 11 in handicap at Chester (6f, good) 7 days ago, nearest finish. A likely player with Billy Loughnane up.
Under The Twilight
Back in fine form of late and she garnered a fourth C&D victory in 8-runner handicap 12 days ago. Firmly in the picture again despite a 2 lb rise.
Sergeant Pep (IRE)
Course winner who has been placed on 4 of his last 5 starts, edged out only late when second of 9 in all-weather handicap at Lingfield (7f) in March. Has gone well fresh too so not out of things.
Lequinto (IRE)
Landed his eighth course win here in June, 6 of those coming over C&D. Posted another very good effort here when a neck third of 8 to Under The Twilight over C&D 12 days ago, despite not enjoying the smoothest of passages. Another bold showing is on the cards off an unchanged mark.
An Outlaw's Grace (IRE)
Winless since debut but he's run some good races over C&D and was an unlucky fourth in July. Last behind Supreme King at Salisbury (6f, good) 17 days ago but no surprise to see him bounce back here.
Amazonian Dream (IRE)
Has an excellent record here, notching his fourth C&D success in July. Arrives on the back of a good fourth of 8 to Under The Twilight over C&D (good to firm) 12 days ago. Well in the mix again.
Kennington
Ardad gelding impressively landed 7f novice at Lingfield in June. Sent off 11/2 but came in only eleventh of 14 on his handicap debut at Newbury (7f, firm) following month. Worth another chance.
Space Bear (IRE)
Free-goer who opened her turf account at Yarmouth in April. Largely in good form since and recorded a good second of 7 in handicap at Redcar (6f, good to firm) 21 days ago. Enters calculations once more.
Sargent Dennis (IRE)
Gained a first win in novice over C&D in May. Well held in 6f handicaps at Doncaster and Wolverhampton since though. Has something to prove now.
