Timeform View

LORD BYRON developed into a classy juvenile hurdler for Faye Bramley in the spring and is worth siding with to get off the mark on just his third Flat run. Blue Hercules remains winless but has the form to play a leading part and is next on the list ahead of Harper Violet and Act of Generosity in this intriguing maiden.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Blue Hercules traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP, 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on 4 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Lord Byron (IRE)
Twice raced on Flat and shaped well when second in Navan maiden for Aidan O'Brien in October. Since developed into a classy juvenile hurdler for current yard and last seen when runner-up in Champion Novices' Hurdle at Punchestown (21f, good to soft) in May. Interesting back in this sphere.
Togeather Forever (IRE)
Little show both runs in early summer, coming in last of 5 in maiden at Hamilton (11f, good) on latter occasion.
Act Of Generosity
Sea The Stars colt fetched 875,000 gns as a yearling. Built on debut with third of 4 in novice at Newmarket (1¼m, good to firm) in June. Can do better still now stepping up in trip.
Blue Hercules (IRE)
Remains a maiden after 7 runs but he's shown some fairly useful form, twice runner-up in handicaps and posting a respectable second of 5 in maiden at Ffos Las (1½m, good) 13 days ago. The form pick.
Casement Park (IRE)
Ghaiyyath gelding. Half-brother to French 2-y-o 6f winner Leibovitz. Dam unraced half-sister to useful 2-y-o 7f winner Lord High Admiral.
Chico Dorado (IRE)
15,000 gns yearling, Golden Horn gelding. Brother to 1¾m winner Port George and half-brother to useful 9f-1½m winner Sea Breaker and 13f winner Justice Roll. The market can guide for this debutant.
Flagbearer
Went in snatches but took a big step forward from his debut when last of 3 in novice at Hamilton (11f, good) 19 days ago. Fetched 485,000 gns as a yearling and this son of Sea The Stars is likely capable of better still.
Impierious
Placed on all his 4 runs to date, visored for first time when a creditable third of 7 on handicap debut at Sandown (1¼m, good) 34 days ago. Not out of things over this slightly longer trip.
Mighty Wave (IRE)
Lightly-raced gelding. Blinkered for the first time when a creditable fifth of 8 in 1½m handicap at Limerick in June on his final run for Jim Bolger. Needs to step forward for his new yard.
Wadacre Icon
Nathaniel gelding. Brother to useful 11f-13f winner Ravenscraig Castle and half-brother to several other winners, including useful 9.5f-11f winner General Hazard. A considered newcomer.
Harper Violet (IRE)
Lope de Vega filly. Has shaped with promise when third in 7f Doncaster maiden and fourth in novice at Yarmouth (1¼m, good) 6 months apart. Still looked green on latter occasion and remains with potential for good yard.
Lazy In Red
28/1, last of 3 in novice over C&D (good to soft) on debut 21 days ago. This Advertise filly should be all the better for the experience.
