CRAZY PLAN has made a solid start in handicaps and makes most appeal in a thin race. Offiah's Boy arrives in decent heart and can pose the biggest threat ahead of Electric Bass.

Timeform Comments

Offiah's Boy
Arrives in good form, going close at Bath (1¼m) at the end of July before getting back to winning ways at Lingfield (9f, firm) a few days later. At least respectable efforts on his last 2 starts and he can give another good account.
Time After Time (IRE)
Recorded back-to-back wins over 1m last summer but hasn't managed to find any further progress, again struggling despite having slipped back to her last winning mark when eighth of 12 in handicap at Goodwood (1¼m, good, 50/1) 17 days ago. Cheekpieces back on.
Electric Bass
Headstrong sort who is still seeking a first win. Settled better than is often the case dropped in trip when fourth of 11 in handicap at Bath (1m, good) 12 days ago and holds place claims from this mark. Wears first-time tongue strap.
Artavian
Sole win came at C&D. Good third of 11 in handicap at Chepstow (1¼m) in June before seemingly failing to see out a staying trip at Lingfield next time. Not seen to maximum effect there last time but others make more appeal. Blinkers on 1st time.
Jimmy Mark (IRE)
Ran up to best when second at Bath in July but has shaped as if suffering from some sort of physical issue both starts since (tongue tied last time), so hard to have maximum faith in at present.
Shabu Shabu (IRE)
Sole win came at Yarmouth last year and has been largely below form since. First run for yard after leaving James Ferguson and has the headgear left off after a 142-day break.
Crazy Plan
Lightly-raced sort who has made the frame on all 3 handicap outings so far, most recently when second of 9 at Lingfield (1½m, all-weather) 23 days ago. Looks competitive on form.
Keeper Of Secrets
Not disgraced on his turf debut when fifth of 10 in minor event at Yarmouth (1m, firm, 50/1) 31 days ago. Significantly back up in trip and more will be needed if he's to break his duck from just out of the weights, despite booking of Loughnane.
Amalou
Little promise in 3 starts last year and fared little better making handicap debut on her return from 9 months off at Lingfield last month. Now blinkered.
Madame Passant (FR)
Didn't show a great deal in trio of 1m maidens but has offered something when third at Chepstow on handicap debut and similar form when fifth at Ffos Las next time. Bit below that level when fourth of 11 in minor event (22/1) here (1¼m, good to firm) 42 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Churchill's Spirit (IRE)
Only poor form in maiden/novice company, looking a hard ride at Lingfield last month. Makes handicap debut in first-time visor.
