It's hard to look away from KING SHARJA who is unpenalised for his recent success. Rovinia and Based appeal as the biggest dangers.

Timeform Comments

Court Of Session
NON RUNNER.
Rovinia
Been in great heart of late, finishing in the places on last 5 starts, including winning classified race at Lingfield last month. Unlucky not to finish closer when third of 11 in handicap at Chepstow (7f, soft) 18 days ago, finishing with running left after being hampered. Merits consideration.
King Cherry (IRE)
One of better efforts when making the frame at Lingfield last month though wasn't seen to best effect. Poorly drawn when beating just one home at Wolverhampton in 12-runner handicap at this course (6f) 3 days ago. Draw hasn't been too kind again.
Based (IRE)
Got off the mark over C&D back in June and made the frame twice the following month. Can have the run ignored when down the field at Southwell last time, meeting trouble and eased late on. First-time tongue strap goes on and can make presence felt.
Snooze Lane (IRE)
Four-time course winner. Twelve runs since last win in 2024. Third of 7 in handicap (5/2) over C&D when last seen 15 months ago, unsuited by drop in trip. May just need this.
King Sharja
Opened his account for the season in 8-runner apprentice handicap at Musselburgh (1m, good to firm) 6 days ago by 1¾ lengths from Thats My Boy Luke. Escapes a penalty for that success and has great chance of following up.
Warrnambool (GER)
Remains a maiden after 20 runs. Respectable sixth of 10 in handicap (18/1) at Lingfield (1¼m, AW) 17 days ago, slowly away. Back down markedly in trip. Others more persuasive.
Distillation (FR)
C&D winner in July. 7/1, not ideally placed when sixth of 10 in handicap at Lingfield (7f, AW) last month. Each-way claims.
Bossy Parker (IRE)
Ended a long losing run in classified stakes over C&D in March. Raced freely when fourth of 8 in handicap at this course when last seen in May. Best watched on return.
Pink Diamond Girl
Run to a modest level on first 2 starts but has finished well held on last 2 outings. Off since May and hard to make a case for.
Ashford Hill
Won 7f Lingfield handicap in January. Back to form over that C&D in August. Ran poorly on rare turf start at Chepstow 18 days ago. May do better back on all-weather.
She's Crafty (IRE)
Maiden who started the season quite well but has been below par on last 3 starts. Tongue strap back on. Has work to do.
