Timeform View

BLISSFUL BONITA remains on a steady upward curve and is taken to get off the mark with the step up in trip sure to suit. Granville Street is potentially on a good mark back down in class and is next best ahead of the in-form Miss Australie.

Timeform Comments

Granville Street (IRE)
Dual-purpose performer who went close off this mark in a big field at Navan in the spring. Unable to build on that since but step up in trip could help. Let down by jumping over fences last time.
Miss Australie (IRE)
Bounced back to something like her very best to pick up her second career victory at Navan in August and good efforts in defeat since despite missing the break as usual. Can remain competitive.
Pampar Lady (IRE)
Fairly useful jumps winner who made a promising start in this sphere when second in maiden at Ballinrobe (13f) in July. Not so good since, though, including back over hurdles. Up in trip ahead of handicap debut in this sphere.
Glittering Gem (IRE)
From a good family but she isn't progressing and mark is high enough on what she has achieved. Now takes a hike in trip.
Tatum (IRE)
Got off the mark for the season at Leopardstown (15f) in July. Possibly found the race coming too soon next time but pulled too hard back from a break 10 days ago.
Banana Three (IRE)
All-weather winner for Ger Lyons and had initially made promising start over hurdles for this yard. Off 14 months, shaped as if retaining ability when third at Down Royal. Failed to stay there next time, though, and stamina a concern again despite the shorter trip.
Cozone
In good form over hurdles this summer, winning at Downpatrick in June. However, made little impact on his belated return to the Flat at Down Royal and fared no better at Dundalk 2 weeks ago.
Alexa Next (IRE)
In frame twice in maidens but struggled to make an impact in handicaps last 2 starts 11 months apart.
Mr Rango (IRE)
Losing run is mounting up and well held last 2 starts after a more promising second at Limerick.
Miss Gitana (IRE)
Placed at Leopardstown and Tramore in July/August but below par since.
Party Dress (IRE)
Limerick winner last summer and had been shaping up quite well before weakening as if amiss at Galway last month. Tongue strap back on.
Blackjack Hills (IRE)
Won back-to-back at Gowran and Dundalk last autumn in blinkers. Good second at Leopardstown refitted with the headgear in July, though looked a hard ride at the Curragh last time. Headgear left off and steps up in trip.
Mr Ballynonty (IRE)
Showed plenty to work on when third in maiden at Navan on debut but hasn't built on that in 4 outings since, including switched to handicaps last 2 starts. Steps up in trip now.
Blissful Bonita (IRE)
Best effort yet when fourth of 18 at Navan 6 weeks ago, leaving the impression she'd have benefited from even more of a test. Needs considering up in trip again.
Pralognan (FR)
Unlucky not to finish closer when third at Dundalk on his latest start on the Flat 11 months ago. Returns to this sphere after a couple of spins over jumps so not taken lightly. RESERVE.
Gallo Dell Cielo (IRE)
Won back-to-back at Dundalk last winter and capitalised on his much lower turf mark after 6 months off when a wide-margin winner at Tramore. Worn down only close home off 10 lb higher at Clonmel since and remains of interest. RESERVE.
Grann's Boy (IRE)
Resumed winning ways over hurdles at the Galway Festival and backed that up when second there last month. Player back on the Flat having won this last year off 5 lb lower. RESERVE.
