Passing Glance mare bred more for stamina than speed but showed ability when fifth of 14 in a bumper at Hereford (2m) on debut in March, catching the eye making good progress out wide end of back straight. Likely to need longer trips in due course but has each-way claims if building on that run.
Harzandacassandra
Harzand filly who wasn't seen to best effect when seventh of 9 in a bumper at Ascot on debut, meeting some trouble and lacking a turn of foot when the sprint developed. Made no impact in a much deeper event (when behind Madam Speaker) at Newbury but retains some potential back in calmer waters.
Crystal Connemara (IRE)
Stepped up a little on her debut form for Richard Bandey when second of 8 in bumper (9/2) at Catterick (2m, good) in March, collared final 100 yds. Needs more for win purposes.
Ebarayna
Postponed filly who made an encouraging start to her career when finding only one too good in 12-runner bumper at Uttoxeter (2m) in July, sticking to her task. Since changed hands for £45,000 (still with same yard) but went backwards in no certain terms at Worcester last time. NON RUNNER.
Just Rizzo (IRE)
Looked one for the longer term when down the field in a 10-runner bumper at Southwell (2m, good to soft) on debut in April.
Madam Speaker (IRE)
£52,000 3-y-o who found only one too good on both bumper outings last season, including in a very valuable event at Newbury (2m) when last seen. Sets a good standard back from 6 months off.
Mariah's Dream
£40,000 3-y-o, Postponed filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdler/chaser Choice of Words and fairly useful 2½m hurdle winner Itseemslikeit. Was very green when fifth of 10 in a junior bumper at Doncaster on debut 10 months ago and may show more second time up.
Passing Chance
Passing Glance filly. Dam fair maiden hurdler. In good hands so a newcomer to keep an eye on in the betting.
