Timeform View

After an encouraging reappearance, POWERACCLAIM was left poorly placed at Naas on his latest outing so could yet do better making only his third handicap start. He is taken to see off the challenge of Hugo's Girl, who shaped well here last month, with Irish Rumour and Four Blondes completing the shortlist.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Kitty Bear traded at more than 10 times Betfair SP and 2 times Betfair SP when winning on 2 of its last 5 starts: Irish Rumour traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Four Blondes (IRE)
Still looking for a first handicap success, but finished runner-up twice last season and shaped promisingly after 7 months off when fourth of 20 in handicap here in May. Could be in the mix from her easing mark.
Sommelier
Lost his way for Marco Botti in 2025 and has yet to fire in 4 outings for current yard, seventh of 10 in 5f handicap at Navan 18 days ago. Blinkers replace cheekpieces as he drops in grade.
Jon Riggens (IRE)
Didn't manage to get his head in front in 2025 but has been working his way back to form in 3 starts this season, never-nearer sixth in 20-runner contest at this course last time. Cheekpieces back on.
Carrigans Grove (IRE)
Much improved last year, winning 3 times with latest success at this course in August. With this season's return behind her, got back to a similar level when fourth of 15 over 7f here last month, faring best of those ridden prominently.
Kitty Bear (IRE)
Improved when doubling her tally at Gowran (7f) in April and, after a slow start next time, resumed her progress when also landing 14-runner conest at Roscommon (7.5f) 23 days ago. Up in grade but she's not dismissed lightly in current form.
Poweracclaim (IRE)
Caught the eye dropped to 5f when fourth of 16 on handicap/seasonal debut at Navan in April, finishing with running left having been given plenty to do. Poorly drawn at Naas last time, so he's well worth another chance as he moves back up in trip.
Lady Mary Heath (IRE)
Improved form when making the frame over 1m here on seasonal/handicap debut in March. Seemingly failed to stay 1¼m next start, before bouncing back when finishing well for third in 17-runner event at this course (7f) 45 days ago.
Eichan San (IRE)
Yet to win but ran well when fourth of 21 here in April. Left poorly placed on next outing, before meeting trouble when finishing mid-field at Down Royal (7f) 5 days ago. Needs things to drop right.
Angel Of Promise (IRE)
Showed promise when sixth in 18-runner maiden here on last season's return but hasn't built on that in 3 starts since, returning from 9 months off when well held on handicap debut at this course in April.
Hugo's Girl (IRE)
After a lesser effort tried in a hood, soon got back on track when third of 20 in handicap here a month ago, faring best of those held up after a slow start. Still looking for a breakthrough victory, but she merits consideration from her reduced mark.
Rappell (IRE)
Capitalised on falling mark at Dundalk in September but has struggled for form this spring, ninth of 15 tried over 1m at Leopardstown 19 days ago. Blinkers back on returned to this shorter trip.
Shamanka (IRE)
Finished third on 2 occasions last year without progressing, before running poorly sent handicapping when thirteenth of 14 at Dundalk in November. Off 6 months ahead of first outing since leaving Miss Natalia Lupini, with tongue strap added for turf debut.
Dynamic Force (IRE)
Seventeen runs since last win in 2024, but gave a good account on second run back this season when fourth of 14 in 7f handicap at Down Royal 5 days ago, despite racing freely. On a handy mark if able to build on latest effort.
Prime Sign (IRE)
Dropped to 6f for first handicap start, proved a different proposition when winning here in May last year. However, she wasn't able to find any further progress, fifth of 14 over 7f at Dundalk when last seen in November. Cheekpieces applied for return.
Green Icon (FR)
Winless since 2-y-o days and has made little impact in 5 starts this year, faring no better in first-time blinkers when last of 18 in handicap at Fairyhouse 6 days ago.
Rosato (IRE)
Successful at Naas last summer and several good efforts in defeat subsequently. Ended the year on a low-key note, before possibly needing the run after 6 months off when ninth of 21 here in April.
Salah Belle (IRE)
Without a win since scoring over C&D 2 years ago, but having dropped in the weights she was placed twice over 7f at Dundalk to begin the current year. Failed to stay 1m when eighth of 14 at the same course on final outing in January. Tongue strap applied.
Irish Rumour (IRE)
Without a win last year but placed on 3 occasions, only just failing at Fairyhouse (7f) in September. Possibly needed the run after 6 months off when well held at Roscommon 16 days ago, so she's interesting having been given a chance by the handicapper.
Jazzit
Improved performer this year with a trio of placed efforts at Dundalk to start the campaign. Lesser effort on turf debut, but soon got back on track when fifth of 17 at Navan (6f) 3 days ago, despite reverting to starting slowly. Visor now fitted.
Dandy Land (IRE)
Looks to have been brought along with handicaps in mind, never a threat when ninth of 14 in maiden at Dundalk (1m) on final start in October. However, is pitched into a competitive contest on return from 7 months off.
Ukiyo (IRE)
Opened account at Cork in September for Gavin Cromwell. Form has been in and out for current yard in 2026, running one her better races (in first-time tongue strap) when second of 15 at Listowel (7f) only 3 days ago.
Gegenpressing
Showed benefit of reappearance run when winning at Sligo a month ago, landing the race for third year in succession. Remains on a workable mark but task is now to back that up (all of his wins have come around a bend).
Hot To Foxtrot (IRE)
Remains a maiden but ran creditably back down to 6f when fourth of 9 in handicap at Dundalk in April. Cheekpieces given a try and a strong pace should suit kept at this trip.
