Timeform View

Having ended a lengthy losing run over fences 2 starts back, ZOLPHARINE followed up with plenty in hand back over hurdles at Tramore 7 days ago and a 10 lb rise may not be enough to prevent him bringing up the hat-trick. Where Are You Now remains with potential back over a shorter trip and is one of the likely dangers, with Oogum Boogum and Rizedda others to note.

Timeform Comments

Cullig (IRE)
In good form this time last year, scoring at around 3m but pulled up on43 of her last 5 starts and she has it to prove.
Where Are You Now (IRE)
Failed to build on earlier promise when sixth of 18 in 3m handicap hurdle (10/3) at Punchestown (good to soft) 23 days ago. Drops back in trip and remains with potential.
Whoswhointhezoo (IRE)
Well held in trio of maiden hurdles last autumn and always behind making handicap debut following 6 months off at Punchestown (2m) 23 days ago. Remains early days at least if application of blinkers has positive effect now.
Last Note (FR)
More miss than hit for Nick Littmoden and offered little debuting for new yard after 7 months off at Wexford recently. This promises to reveal more.
Nashville Notions (IRE)
Won a maiden hurdle at Sligo last summer. Lost her way after but latest Wexford fifth 3 weeks ago was at least a step back in the right direction.
It's Time Again (IRE)
Veteran mare who has gone the wrong way in 2 starts following her comeback run at Kilbeggan in April.
Oogum Boogum (IRE)
Finally got the victory he had been threatening for a while in 18-runner event at Punchestown (3m, good to soft) in May and confirmed he remains in good order when third at Wexford since. Likely player again.
Fire Coral
Back-to-back winner of handicaps at up to 3m in August and seemingly just found this career-high mark too much when fifth in hat-trick bid at Listowel (2¾m, good to soft, 11/2) in September.
Rizedda (FR)
Shaped better than the distance beaten suggests on handicap debut when eighth of 16 at Listowel (2¾m, good to soft) when last seen in September. Remains with potential on reappearance for a yard amongst the winners.
Thewaybackhome (IRE)
Little to shout about in his qualifying hurdle runs but stepped forward after 3 months off when third of 16 on handicap debut at this course (2½m, good) 22 days ago. Still room for improvement in his jumping on that evidence and he now has something to build on.
Zolpharine (IRE)
Confirmed the promise of his previous run when readily landing a first win over fences at Limerick last month and had little fuss following up in 16-runner handicap hurdle at Tramore (2¾m, good) 7 days ago. Had plenty in hand then and bold hat-trick bid expected.
Sallap (IRE)
Had the fitting of a tongue tie as a potential catalyst when off the mark in a C&D handicap in October. Looked set to follow up prior to falling last at Thurles later that month and she may well strip fitter for her return to action at Cork (3m) 26 days ago. Market can guide.
Miss Donna (IRE)
Lightly-raced type who has yet to kick on for switch to handicaps, weakening before 2 out when eighth of 15 at Tramore (2m) 6 days ago. Significant step back up in trip needs to have positive effect now.
Three County Star (IRE)
Showed more than previously when fifth in a Cork maiden (23f) in April but finished well held in handicap back at that venue 4 weeks ago.
Queen Kulina (IRE)
Maiden who was just beginning to work her way into contention returning from 6 months off when falling 4 out at Punchestown (3m, good to soft) just over 3 weeks ago, too far out to suggest where she would have finished. Significant if supported in the betting.
Appian Way (FR)
On long losing run and failed to build on the glimmer of promise displayed at Cork when a well held seventh at Wexford (3m) 9 days ago.
Lily Milan (IRE)
Run to a similar level when midfield all 3 starts in maiden hurdles and all presumably not right when well held on recent handicap debut at Wexford. This can reveal more. RESERVE.
Spellacy's Cross (IRE)
Won a couple of handicap chases here in October and confirmed he's back in good heart when posting a good fourth of 13 in handicap hurdle at Limerick (2¾m, soft) 8 days ago. Claims on that evidence if getting a run. RESERVE.
Love Like This (IRE)
Made more impact than for a while when second of 16 at Sligo (2½m, good to soft) in May. Disappointed over fences next time and may of found stamina stretched returned to hurdling when fifth over this trip at Limerick 8 days ago. RESERVE.
