MOVING RUBBER wasn't too far behind a next-time-out winner starting out at Doncaster and while improvement is clearly needed here, she may well do just that. Big Shot Veto is likely to give it another good go, while the market may help separate the Barron-trained pair Tip Foster and Sand Sea.

Timeform Comments

Sand Sea
Cheap yearling but displayed ability when sixth of 10 in maiden (40/1) at Catterick (6f, good) on debut, not knocked about. Off 12 months but he's open to progress.
Tip Foster
Promising type. Third of 9 in novice at Pontefract (6f, soft, 18/1) on debut 59 days ago. Should have more to offer.
You Will See
Ulysses gelding. Dam, 1m winner, half-sister to smart 5f/6f winner Azure Blue out of unraced half-sister to 7f winner Valeria Messalina. Produced a promising first effort when second of 10 in 7f novice at Southwell in April but in nothing like the same form at Musselburgh.
Big Shot Veto (IRE)
Displayed plenty of ability when third of 10 in maiden at Leicester (7f) on debut in September but checked out tamely at Southwell 5 weeks later. Off 6 months after but back on track when third of 11 from the front at Catterick 25 days ago. Cheekpieces on first time.
Indefensible (IRE)
Shaped well first 2 starts as a juvenile and while his final run of 2025 was underwhelming, he moved back in the right direction tackling turf for the first time when runner-up on handicap debut at Beverley (7.5f). Too free over 1m last time but earlier form puts him right in the mix.
Leelawadee
Lope Y Fernandez filly who has shaped like a longer-term project both starts this spring.
Moving Rubber
£22,000 yearling, Zoustar filly. Dam, placed at 5f/6f, half-sister to very smart 5f/6f winner Gilt Edge Girl, won Prix de l'Abbaye. Debut fifth of 10 at Doncaster over 7f in April wasn't devoid of promise. Can take a step forward.
Burrows Silver (FR)
Silverwave filly. Half-sister to 6f winner Burrows Seeside and French 2-y-o 6.5f winner Allez Burrows. Dam French 2-y-o 5f-6.5f winner.
Secretinthesky (IRE)
Twice-raced filly. 25/1, eighth of 10 in maiden at Newcastle (7f). Off 6 months.
Ziggy Bay
Tongue strap on and didn't show much when sixth of 8 in novice at Ripon (6f) on debut 19 days ago.
