Timeform View

SIR CARNEGIE looks back on the up now and can follow up his Perth win in a change of headgear. Always Busy is second choice if none the worse for his fall at Fakenham with the veteran No Regrets best of the others.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Always Busy has traded at 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

No Regrets (IRE)
At the veteran stage now but ran his best race in a good while when scoring over C&D 4 weeks ago. Not an obvious type to follow up, though.
Lakefield Flyer (IRE)
Won at Downpatrick (good to firm) last summer but not at best last 4 starts and a bit flattered to finish a remote second last time.
Giovanni Change (FR)
Twice a winner last season but arrives here on the back of a rare poor effort at Market Rasen last month.
Always Busy (IRE)
Won at Southwell last May and back to form of late, likely to have gone close but for falling 3 out at Fakenham last month. Player if none the worse.
Sir Carnegie (IRE)
Back-to-back winner at Newcastle and Kelso in the autumn and built on the promise of his run 24 hrs earlier when resuming winning ways at Perth last month, well on top finish. Can go well again in a change of headgear.
Foxinthebox (IRE)
Fit from points when third in hunter at Perth but likely to find this too competitive at this stage of his career.
Tell Me Again (IRE)
Looked very limited in Ireland and showed nothing on completed start for this yard.
Lights Are Green (IRE)
Stopped the slide after 7 months off when third at Cartmel 2 weeks ago and was better than the bare result too having pressed on a long way out. Not taken lightly if over that.
West Lawn
Finally off the mark over fences over C&D 18 days ago but it wasn't much of a race and tough ask from out of the handicap here.
