Timeform View

BRADBURY clearly isn't one for maximum faith but in the hope eyeshields help him chart a straighter course, he's awarded the vote. Captain Cairney is the type to do better this year so he could be the one to prosper were the selection to fluff his lines again, while Adores should fare better back at this trip.

Timeform Comments

Captain Cairney
Improved form on third nursery start when making all over this trip at Chelmsford in October. Brushed aside in a better race at Wolverhampton the following month and off since (has been gelded). Type to make a better 3-y-o.
Heart Sign
Maiden who took a backward step returned to turf when sixth of 7 at Yarmouth a month ago, slowly into stride. Blinkers (and hood refitted) need to sharpen him up.
Gwen's Girl
Runner-up on debut in September but unable to match that form since, too free when sixth of 7 over 8.5f at Nottingham a month ago. Cheekpieces fitted upped further in trip.
Sahm Naif (IRE)
Offered little in pair of quick-fire maiden/novice runs last summer and didn't show much more having been gelded on reappearance for new yard 12 days ago (7f). Handicaps more suitable and this step up in trip promises to suit.
Too Darn Spicy
Has gone the wrong way since debut so she needs to show more before she's of any interest. Tackles beyond 1m for the first time.
Bradbury (IRE)
Has been expensive to follow and really should have won the last twice, again failing to keep straight and also flashed his tail when second of 4 at Beverley 9 days ago. The one to beat if eyeshields work the oracle.
Adores (IRE)
No impact in maiden/novice events on the all-weather to end 2025 but shade more like it when fourth on April's handicap debut (1m). Upped to 11.5f and didn't seem to get home on turf debut at Windsor 16 days ago.
