Timeform View

COEUR D'OR has worked his way back to form this year and could be ready to strike with Dermot Weld among the winners. Abbey Actress wasn't up to a Gowran listed race last time but shaped well in a couple of handicaps prior to that and is feared most ahead of recent Fairyhouse scorer Moyassr.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Musical Act traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Coeur D'or (IRE)
A while since his last success but he's on a good mark and latest third of 16 at Cork (10.5f, good to soft) was encouraging. Gets the vote.
Slieve Binnian (IRE)
C&D winner last summer. Has yet to fire this season but is well treated again if staging a revival.
Clear Quartz (IRE)
Winner at Roscommon (1½m, good to soft) last September but absent since a lesser effort at Galway at the end of October. Might be best watched this time.
Vega's Muse
Course winner over 1m (soft) in April but hasn't reproduced that twice since.
Musical Act (IRE)
Some respectable efforts on Dundalk's all-weather earlier in the year but now 0-7 for current yard and others are more persuasive.
Abbey Actress (IRE)
Promising start for the Johnny Murtagh yard when placed in competitive handicaps at the Curragh (1m, soft) and here (1¼m, soft) this spring. Flying too high in listed company last time but respected back in a handicap.
Morse (IRE)
Course winner in spring 2024 but has drawn a blank since. Not seen for 7 months and it's likely best to look elsewhere.
Moyassr (IRE)
Four-time all-weather winner at Dundalk (including twice in January) who finally opened his account on turf in 16-runner handicap at Fairyhouse (1¼m, good) 14 days ago. Runs off 7 lb higher here but he remains with handicapping scope on his all-weather form.
