Timeform View

CAMPAIGN TRAIL seems a good deal more potent as a hurdler now and is taken to defy a 6 lb rise in the weights for Hereford. Divilabother possibly found the race coming a bit too soon when below form here on his most recent outing and appeals as the sort to bounce back quickly, while Lets Mingle ought to remain competitive.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Campaign Trail traded at a high of 3.10 and Betfair SP of 3.10 when winning last time, a race in which it led.

Timeform Comments

Campaign Trail (IRE)
Progressive stayer on Flat who doubled his hurdles tally in dominant fashion in 5-runner handicap at Hereford (3¼m, good to firm) last month. Looks capable of defying a 6 lb higher mark.
Billy Boi Blue
A fairly useful 3m hurdle winner at his best but his form nosedived last season and he didn't see his race out convincingly at Huntingdon on latest start.
Pinot Rouge (IRE)
C&D winner last summer but her off days far outweigh the good ones in recent times, finishing last of 7 at Cartmel on most recent outing.
Supreme Yeats (IRE)
Cheekpieces back on with Harry Skelton on board and he cashed in on a handy mark at Newton Abbot (3¼m) in early May. Followed up in a sprint finish back there later in the month but has more on his plate from a career-high mark here.
Lets Mingle (IRE)
Landed a small-field maiden at Perth last spring and largely creditable efforts since, including when third of 6 in 2½m handicap back there last month. Likely to continue in form.
Beny Nahar Road (IRE)
Good chase record last spring/summer, including 2 wins. Took a heavy fall at Uttoxeter in September and very much looked and shaped as though in need of the run back over hurdles after 8 months off at Cartmel recently.
Wee Alki (IRE)
Registered his second win at this track in 15-runner handicap over C&D in May, running on well for pressure. Seemingly unsuited by track when a bit below that level at Cartmel since.
Divilabother (IRE)
Course winner last summer who ran creditably tackling this trip for the first time when third of 15 over C&D in early May. Shade disappointing back at 2½m on most recent outing but that possibly came a bit too soon.
