Timeform Comments

Man Of The Sea (IRE)
Won twice from 3 starts on the Flat here in 2025 but little show in 3 runs since returning from a winter break (including over hurdles). Visor back on but others are more convincing than this veteran.
The Craftymaster
Successful twice on all-weather this year, latest in handicap at Lingfield (2m) in March. Disappointing here on last Flat outing and no real impact in 2 novice hurdles since, so bit to prove kept to turf.
Mind Hunter
Without a win since scoring over hurdles in April 2022 and failed to build on a creditable second in a 4-runner handicap hurdle at Ffos Las when only sixth of 10 there last month. Others make more appeal back on the level.
Everest
Bit of an underachiever over hurdles but landed 10-runner classified event over 1½m at Lingfield in March. Not disgraced on turf debut when fourth of 10 in handicap at this course (1¾m, good to firm) 22 days ago and that would make her of strong interest if able to cope with longer trip.
Corsican Caper (IRE)
Five-time Flat winner seemed well suited by the step up in trip when cosily winning a 5-runner handicap hurdle (4/1) at Uttoxeter (23f, good to soft) 20 days ago. Leading player again back on the Flat.
Sapphire Sirocco
Sole success came over 2m at Lingfield in November for Pat Phelan and she produced a positive first effort for new connections when third of 8 at Chepstow (1½m, good to firm) 15 days ago, particularly as emphasis on speed there wouldn't have suited. Can do better again now back up in trip.
Nora Barnacle
Little sign of ability across varied events. Significantly up in trip after 126 days off.
Emperor Dream
Little form on the mainland, though was third of 7 in a handicap at Les Landes (13f, good) when last seen just over a year ago. Hard to know what that's worth and he's difficult to recommend going up in trip.
Lamlash
Beat a rival for the first time in his career at Ffos Las (1½m, soft) 9 days ago but it remains very tricky to see him troubling the judge back in a handicap.
