Timeform View

DANEHILL STAR would've finished closer granted a cleaner passage here 3 weeks ago and with that form working out well, he's fancied to add to the good form of the Tony Carroll yard. Nammos arrives in good form and is shortlisted, whilst Galactic Glow has a good record at the track and would also merit consideration if proving suited by the drop back to 1m.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Galactic Glow traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on 3 of its last 5 starts: Victory Sound traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

King David (IRE)
Arrives on a lengthy losing run but mostly creditable efforts on all-weather since joining Gay Kelleway, including fourth of 11 over 7f at Chelmsford last month. Has finished down the field in 3 previous turf starts, though, including down at 6f at Nottingham in April.
Revich (IRE)
It's now 23 runs and approaching 3 years since his last win but he ran as well as he done for a while when third of 9 in handicap (11/2) at this course (1¼m, good to firm) 8 days ago. Place claims again back down in trip
Danehill Star (IRE)
Won a 9.5f Wolverhampton selling handicap for the second year running in March and similar form when fourth in a C&D handicap on latest outing 22 days ago (second and third both next-time-out winners), doing well to finish as close as he did in the circumstances. Should be in the mix from same mark.
Brinton
Often slowly away but was a 3-time winner last year and produced a career-best when scoring over C&D in April. However, her troubles in the stalls led to her failing to beat a rival at Wolverhampton last time and those issues temper enthusiasm.
Nammos
Some encouragement in 3 starts for James Owen and capitalised on a reduced mark minus a visor when scoring on stable debut over C&D in May. Backed that up with a good second in a 4-runner race again at C&D 18 days ago and she should be involved once more.
Galactic Glow (IRE)
Ground-versatile sort who made the placings for the third start in a row when second of 9 in handicap at this track (1¼m, good to firm, 6/1) 8 days ago. Been a while since he's raced over this short of a trip and this 4-time course winner will hold solid claims if proving as effective.
Victory Sound (IRE)
Has dropped a long way in the weights and produced a much more encouraging effort when third of 11 in handicap (22/1) at Lingfield (1m, polytrack) 12 days ago. Far from certain to back that up, though.
James Park Woods (IRE)
Veteran whose form tailed off following a double (including at C&D) last September and hasn't posed much of a threat on either outing this season. Now below last winning mark.
Freedom Bay
Ended 2025 out of sorts and she weakened alarmingly tamely despite having undergone a breathing operation when last of 10 at Nottingham on return. Tongue tie/cheekpieces now applied.
Pop Favorite
Without a win in 15 runs and continues to be held back by his slow-starting ways. Only eighth of 11 in handicap at Southwell (1m, 66/1) 45 days ago and it's hard to see him figuring.
