Timeform View

Jaber Abdullah holds a strong hand in this opener, with WAASIL taken to make the most of the weight he receives from C&D debut scorer Out of This World. Persian Land should also be on the premises, while Weleyff needs keeping an eye on in the betting.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

This could develop into a sprint for home, and Waasil could be well placed to capitalise: Of the better-fancied horses, Persian Land is most likely to be ridden furthest from the pace.

Timeform Comments

Persian Land (IRE)
Came from miles off the pace to make a winning debut at Haydock (6f, soft) last month. Backed that up when second of 5 in novice at Ffos Las (7.4f, soft) 12 days ago, although once again getting outpaced. A visor is added now.
Out Of This World
Promising sort. Won 8-runner C&D novice (good to firm) on debut 20 days ago. Had a bit in hand and is likely to improve.
Fasthope (IRE)
50/1, green but got the idea by the finish when 7 lengths third of 9 in maiden at Pontefract (6f, good to soft) on debut 25 days ago. Up in trip. Open to progress.
High Hazard
10/1, ninth of 10 in novice at Thirsk (7f, good) on debut 16 days ago. In good hands but he'll need to leave that run well behind.
Rule Of The Agency
Foaled April 20. Without Parole colt. Dam 1¼m winner who stayed easy 13f out of winner Dutota Desejada. Most from the yard are better for a run.
Waasil
Shaped well amidst greenness when fourth of 6 in maiden at Hamilton (6f, good to firm, 5/2) on debut 32 days ago. Up in trip. Open to improvement for top yard.
Weleyff (IRE)
Foaled March 1. 145,000 gns Too Darn Hot colt. Half-brother to 13f winner Rouge. Dam, 7f winner, half-sister to useful 7f winner Tamadhor. It'll be interesting to see what the betting makes of this newcomer.
