BAY DREAM BELIEVER, a 3-time C&D winner, arrives on the back of a recent success and remains on a favourable mark, so is taken to enhance her already impressive course record. Krissy, successful in 5 of her last 10 starts, rates the principal danger after a short break, while Eloquencia could step forward now handicapping for the first time in headgear.

Timeform Comments

Krissy (IRE)
Form has taken off since the end of last year, recording her third win of 2026 at Carlisle last month. Left the impression recent busy spell had caught up with her when down the field at Thirsk (1m, good) 2 days later but subsequent break will help her cause. Remains of interest.
Bay Dream Believer (IRE)
Multiple C&D winner, including twice last year. Confirmed return to form when winning 8-runner handicap at Pontefract 15 days ago, beating Pol Roger by neck. Remains well treated on old form and must be taken seriously back at this venue.
Rosemary May (IRE)
Won a 1m Ayr maiden last spring but has barely beaten a rival in 6 handicap outings since. Hard to make a case for unless the market speaks otherwise.
The New Bay Pearl
Placed 3 times last year for Roger Varian but has made very little impression in 2 runs for new yard after a breathing operation.
Melody De Vega (IRE)
Turned in best effort when keeping on third in a 1m Kempton handicap on return. Failed to improve as hoped tackling 1¼m for the first time at Salisbury a month ago. Looks worth another chance over this sort of trip, though, and handicapper has dropped her 3 lb.
Eloquencia
Modest form on all 3 starts, runner-up on last 2, beaten 2 lengths by promising Supplicate in novice at Bath last time. Makes handicap debut with first-time cheekpieces.
Angela's Baar (IRE)
Hasn't kicked on from her debut second in 6f maiden at Pontefract last summer, including in handicaps on last 2 starts. May need her mark to come down a bit more.
Glasgow Kiss
Took a step back in right direction despite being slowly away when 5½ lengths fourth of 10 to Lillie Margot in handicap at Nottingham last time. Steps up in trip with first-time blinkers replacing visor worn then.
