Timeform View

The thriving ROARING RALPH is able to race off the same mark for his victory at Wetherby last week so he can make it 6 wins from his last 7 starts. This Farh is next best back down in class, though sole 3-y-o Midsummer Storm has some potential heading into handicaps.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

This could develop into a sprint for home, and This Farh could be well placed to capitalise: Of the better-fancied horses, Roaring Ralph is most likely to be ridden furthest from the pace.

Timeform Comments

This Farh
Back to winning ways when making all at Leicester and doubled his tally for the season at Beverley last month, showing good attitude. Undone by 3 lb rise in stronger race at Chepstow since but this a bit easier.
Roaring Ralph
Resurgent since the turn of the year, making it 5 wins from his last 6 starts at Wetherby last week despite meeting some trouble. Obvious claims off the same mark.
Evocative Spark (IRE)
Last 4 wins have come at Catterick, including 3 this season. Never looked happy there last time but type to bounce back and scored over this C&D in his younger days.
Tattie Bogle
Gained reward for several good efforts when narrow winner at Musselburgh in April. Good runner-up efforts 2 of last 3 starts, though didn't look quite so willing as the winner at Catterick 12 days ago.
Coolree (IRE)
Enhanced his excellent record here this season with back-to-back wins over 1m last month before good second over C&D 2 weeks later. Found run of good form coming to a halt on soft ground at Chester since but type to bounce back returned to this venue.
Midsummer Storm (IRE)
Promise shown in 3 qualifying runs this year and this €550,000 Night of Thunder colt is open to further improvement making handicap debut.
Sunny Orange (IRE)
Bagged a fourth win at Beverley in April and back to form when 1¾ lengths fourth of 7 to Roaring Ralph at Wetherby last week, though no obvious reason why he should reverse the form off the same terms.
