AFFECTION, a multiple winner on the Flat in France, made an encouraging start for her new yard at Salisbury a fortnight ago and appeals as the type to do well in summer juvenile hurdles. She's preferred to Sudbury Hill, who failed to justify favouritism on his recent Hexham hurdling debut but should be better suited by this less-demanding track.

Fairly useful on the Flat, winning a pair of French claimers at up to 1½m prior to finishing a respectable third back in handicap company at Salisbury (1¼m, heavy) on UK/stable debut a fortnight ago. Interesting hurdling debutant.
Hearts To Heaven
Dragon Dancer filly. Dam unraced sister to dual bumper winner/useful 2½m/21f hurdle winner Tikkanbar. Makes some appeal on paper and worth a precautionary check in the betting.
