A few with chances but NO GAIN is thriving for Adam Kirby and fancied to quickly resume winning ways on the back of a very good recent Lingfield second. Call Glory is feared most off a handy-looking mark now stepped back up in trip with Midnight's Dream and Moonhall Lass also well in the mix in this competitive handicap.

Timeform Comments

Midnight's Dream (IRE)
Placed at Newcastle on final outing for Roger Varian in January. Little promise on the all-weather for his new yard but much better signs in a first-time visor with sixth of 18 in handicap at Doncaster (1m) 11 days ago. Well treated if building on it.
Dancing With Drums (IRE)
Registered a third victory on all-weather at Kempton (6f) in May. Good third at Chepstow (6f) after but came in only eleventh of 14 in handicap at Redcar (7f) 6 days ago. Needs to bounce back.
Bass Player (IRE)
Temperamental sort who is without a win since 2024. Not disgraced with fifth of 7 in handicap at Nottingham (1m) 25 days ago. Cheekpieces go on for 1st time and others remain more persuasive.
Arnaz
Sole success came in May 2024 but hinted at promise of late, not seen to best effect with eighth of 9 in handicap at Lingfield (7f) 37 days ago. Since had a breathing operation.
Berning Hot (IRE)
Scored at Brighton (7f) last summer and back to her best when second at Kempton (1m) in May. Beat only one at Beverley (1m) last time though so has a bit to prove.
Moonhall Lass (IRE)
Landed 6f handicaps at Yarmouth and Salisbury in the spring. Got back on track with third of 7 at Chepstow (7f) 10 days ago. Firmly in the picture in a change of headgear.
Call Glory (IRE)
Largely consistent since winning twice at Southwell in January. Not at his best dropped to 6f when sixth of 8 in 6f handicap here but weighted to go well back up in trip.
No Gain
Winner in Jersey on final start for Martin Dunne last summer. Has quickly found her feet for new yard, comfortably scoring at Lingfield in May before a very good neck second of 8 in 7f handicap there 19 days ago. Not taken lightly despite 4 lb weights rise.
Montpellier Green (IRE)
Twelve runs since his last win in 2024 and off 6 months since coming in last of 10 in handicap at Wolverhampton (1½m). Not easy to make a case for.
Jackson Street (IRE)
Narrow winner on all-weather at Lingfield (7f) in December and not seen to ideal effect on his last 2 runs, left poorly placed when fourth of 7 in 6f handicap there 24 days ago. One to consider.
Mini Mac (IRE)
On a long losing run and he failed to build on earlier promise when eleventh of 18 in handicap at Doncaster (1m) 11 days ago. Needs to take a step forward.
