Timeform View

There may have been reasons behind EGOTISTICAL's latest showing and she's well worth a chance to put that right from what looks a lenient mark on only her second handicap start. Sahana made a promising return and is a serious player if in the same mood, while Cameley Days can bounce back.

Always Perfect has traded at 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 4 starts.

Timeform Comments

Sahana
Doubled her career tally when winning at Lingfield in September. Didn't look straightforward under pressure next 2 outings but produced a career best with the hood left off on reappearance in May. Major player if repeating that performance.
Cameley Days
C&D winner whose latest success came at Windsor in May. Wasn't able to get to the front when fourth of 10 in handicap at Goodwood (6f, good to soft) 21 days ago but can bounce back in this small field.
Fantasy Obsessor
Runner-up twice on the all-weather in May but failed to justify favouritism when only fifth in handicap at Southwell (5f, 16/5) 8 days ago. Back up in trip on the turf and races from the same mark here.
Egotistical
Opened her account at the fourth attempt in a 6f novice at Redcar in April. Failed to reward her backers when beating only a sole rival on handicap debut at Pontefract (6f, good, 2/1) earlier this month though possibly wasn't 100% on the day. She's well worth another chance.
Q T Pie
Windsor maiden winner for Daniel & Claire Kubler last summer. Off 9 months and on first start for new yard, 14/1, much improved when second of 9 in handicap at Goodwood (6f, heavy) 14 days ago, pulling clear of rest. Remains to be seen if this provides an adequate test for her. NON RUNNER.
Always Perfect (IRE)
Improved on previous efforts when third of 8 on handicap bow at Leicester (6f, firm) in May. She was seen to maximum effect then and there's no guarantee things will pan out so well this time, but she has to be considered in this small field.
