With reappearance run behind him, got back on the up when third over this trip at Leopardstown in May. Not ideally placed when sixth of 15 at the same course (9f) last time, so he could fare better this time around.
Amplitude (IRE)
Signed off last year with a maiden win at Gowran (9.5f) and has made the frame in handicaps 3 times this season, again running well when third of 11 at this course (1½m) 6 weeks ago. Major player.
Liam Swagger
Dual hurdles scorer who won 1½m Southwell novice on the Flat in February 2025. Third in Fred Winter at Cheltenham next time and then filled the same place in a Chelmsford handicap (1¾m). However, only mid-field the following month and long absence since ahead of first run since leaving James Owen.
Follow Me (FR)
Won first 2 starts in 2024 but hasn't gone on from those efforts, never a threat when 6¼ lengths eighth of 11 to Sir Jeremy in handicap over this C&D 6 weeks ago. Has been given a chance by the handicapper, though, with cheekpieces reached for.
Unterberg (IRE)
Has developed a fine strike rate on all-weather, completing a hat-trick at Dundalk (1½m) in March. However, down the field at Lingfield the following month and needs to transfer his form on artificial surfaces to turf (has lower mark on this surface).
Vlhova
Off the mark in handicap at Killarney (1m) last summer, her final outing for Kevin Thomas Coleman. Continued in good heart for current yard, runner-up at Dundalk when last seen in November. Respected as she goes up in trip after 7 months off.
Grey Leader (IRE)
Got back to winning ways at Tipperary in October when trained by Joseph G. Murphy. However, has offered little encouragement in 3 outings for current yard this season, the latest at Ballinrobe 8 days ago.
Marta's Prince (IRE)
Trained in France last year and won 9f claimer at Clairefontaine during the summer, but only mid-field on the all-weather at Chantilly (1m) on final outing in November. Absent 7 months ahead of first run since leaving H-A. Pantall.
Sir Jeremy (IRE)
Making only second start for current yard, finally capitalised on a falling mark with success over this C&D in May. Wasn't in the same form at Gowran 18 days ago, but he's not ruled out back at this venue.
Thatwilldoso (IRE)
Three-time winner in 2025, including this race. Yet to fire in 3 races this season, though is now back down to her last winning mark so no surprise to see her return to form here.
Sinbad My Dad (IRE)
Went through a good spell at Dundalk to end 2025, making the frame on final 3 outings. Excuses at the same course (1½m) on first start this year, but ran poorly there later in January and off since.
Flying Fortress
Won twice for current yard last season, including handicap at Listowel in September. In blinkers, bounced back from a lesser effort when 4 lengths eighth of 15 at Gowran (9.5f) 18 days ago, still pitching for a place until late on. Has dropped below last winning mark.
Blackjack Hills (IRE)
Fitted with blinkers when winning handicaps at Gowran (8.5f) and Dundalk (10.5f) on final 2 outings last year. Headgear left off as he bids for a hat-trick after 7-month absence.
