Timeform View

Successful over C&D on her first start of the month, WEE MARY went close to scoring again here 8 days ago and she is taken to resume winning ways with a handy draw to work from. What A Tahoo remains unexposed at 5f and is feared most, ahead of Invincible Crown.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Wee Mary traded at a low of 1.04 and Betfair SP of 1.90 when losing last time, a race in which it led and travelled strongly early on.

Timeform Comments

Invincible Crown (IRE)
Returned to form from his easing mark when making the frame at Thirsk on penultimate start. Backed that up when second of 5 at Nottingham 5 days ago and he can be in the mix once more.
Auntie Jo
Both wins at Newcastle, with latest success early this month on her final outing for David O'Meara. Switched to blinkers (now discarded) on stable debut, was never involved after a slow start when fifth of 8 at Ayr 10 days ago. This run should reveal more.
Wee Mary (IRE)
Best effort for current yard when making all over this C&D early in the month and soon bounced back from a lesser run at Ayr when only narrowly denied here 8 days ago. Can make another bold bid.
Data Fata Secutus
Runner-up here in April and went close when third at Redcar the following month. Has failed to see things out back up in trip last 2 starts, in first-time cheekpieces when eighth of 10 at Redcar (6f) 10 days ago but return to 5f should suit.
Gwen Tennyson (IRE)
Showed more than previously when 1½ lengths third of 6 in novice at Catterick last month. However, failed to back that up sent handicapping when fourth of 6 at the same course 19 days ago.
Sands Of Seve
Proved a different proposition switched to a visor when making all at Wolverhampton in March. Has gone backwards from that effort in 3 subsequent outings, though, well held at Bath (5.7f) when last seen in May. First run since leaving Robert Cowell.
What A Tahoo (IRE)
Showed improved form dropped to 5f for the first time when opening account in 8-runner handicap at Ripon 13 days ago. Could still have more to offer over this trip and merits consideration from the plum draw.
Bonito Cavalo
After a most productive campaign in 2024, lost his way last year and has fared no better this season, last of 9 at Newcastle in April. Continues to fall in the weights but has enough to prove at present.
Sixcor
Turned in best effort of the season when third of 10 in handicap over this C&D 8 days ago, 1¼ lengths behind Wee Mary in second. Task is now to build on latest effort from less-than-ideal draw.
Hard Nut (IRE)
C&D winner in August 2024 but largely struggled for form last year and down the field in 2 starts here this month.
