Timeform View

HIP HOP CHRISSY made a promising start at Listowel and could be the way to go in the hope the drop to 5f doesn't inconvenience her. Bit of A Buzz should have a race like this in him and is feared most ahead of newcomer Annie Batt.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Hip Hop Chrissy traded at a low of 7.40 and Betfair SP of 13.60 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Razmataz (IRE)
Third of 8 in barrier trial at Naas in May. Hampered start and always behind in 6f Fairyhouse maiden 3 weeks ago.
Grayrobin
€43,000 yearling, resold £36,000 yearling. Havana Grey colt out of a 5f winner. Easy to back but shaped better than the bare result on debut for Archie Watson at Nottingham (6f). Should do better for new yard, with drop to 5f likely to suit.
Bit Of A Buzz (IRE)
Has run to a fair level in 5f/6f maidens (below form on soft ground last time). Should have a race in him.
Hip Hop Chrissy (IRE)
Runner-up in a barrier trial and showed plenty to work on when third of 11 in maiden at Listowel (6f) on debut 32 days ago, not knocked about. Open to progress assuming drop in trip doesn't inconvenience her and is a key player here.
Santo Parvenue (IRE)
Bit better when fourth at Cork (5f, heavy) in May but still beaten a fair way and needs a lot more improvement.
The Drambling Man (IRE)
Green and well held in Cork/Listowel maidens.
Ballymackney (IRE)
€20,000 Earthlight filly who looked one for the longer term in 5f Cork maiden (Santo Parvenue fourth) on debut 2 months ago. Trainer has done well in this race.
Annie Batt (IRE)
Foaled April 5. Equiano filly. Half-sister to useful 5f winner Jer Batt and 5f winner Buddy Batt. Dam, 5f winner, half-sister to smart winner up to 1m Another Batt. Appealing sort on paper although yard don't get all that many 2-y-o winners.
Eastern Queen (IRE)
Foaled April 24. €4,000 yearling, Kodi Bear filly. Sister to 2-y-o 5f winner Commander Straker and 5f winner Marty Hopkirk and half-sister to 6f winner Dayem.
