EASTMORE can confirm his early-season form with Bop Wont Stop and record a second career success. Inchidaly Copper won on reappearance last year and may prove best of the rest in a competitive event.

Timeform Comments

Tuche De Houelle (FR)
Won 2 of 3 starts for A & F. Chaille-Chaille & Pamartin in France last year. Off for 13 months since latest victory, and it's hardly a positive that he was sold for only €1000 in February.
Mo Ghille Mar (IRE)
Useful handicapper on the Flat. Typically keen but well served by sharp nature of the track when opening her hurdles account at Wexford (17f). Had excuses for her below-par effort at Listowel next time but others make appeal from a win point of view.
Youlita (IRE)
Low-mileage 7-y-o who landed a gamble in a Downpatrick maiden hurdle last May and again attracted plenty of support when doubling his career tally on chasing debut at Clonmel in late-March. Now reverts to hurdling but stablemate looks to hold a better chance, unless the market suggests otherwise.
Bop Wont Stop (IRE)
Lightly-raced 6-y-o maiden who left the impression he should have finished closer when a smooth-travelling fourth behind Eastmore on handicap debut/reappearance at Cork. Probably found the race coming too soon at Listowel in late-May, and he should go close if back on song.
Dairy Force (IRE)
Knocking on the door for Gordon Elliott in the spring. Let down by his jumping at Kilbeggan on his latest start in mid-May, though he's been freshened up and has Jack Kennedy back aboard.
Harpy Eagle (IRE)
More miss than hit since finishing runner-up in soft-ground handicap at Galway last October and will need to improve for the fitting of cheekpieces if he's to make much of an impact.
Silly Mongoose (IRE)
Got off the mark at the expense of another quirky sort in a weak maiden at Kilbeggan last time. Opening mark demands further improvement and he's well worth taking on.
Eastmore
Placed on each of his 5 starts since opening his account at Down Royal, splitting a fairly useful pair at Tramore on latest. Tongue strap returns for the first time this year, and a similar performance should be enough to take this.
Emesteraye (IRE)
Faced with less testing conditions than previously when an improved third on handicap debut/return at Wexford (17f, good to soft). Lightly-raced 5-y-o mare shouldn't be far away if improving as anticipated.
Regards To Rose (IRE)
Travelled well when off the mark in 17-runner handicap hurdle at Listowel in September. Probably needed the run at Ballinrobe on return and is weighted to be competitive on the form of that earlier success.
Northern Ruler
Regressive middle-distance winner on the Flat (once fairly useful). Fair sixth in big-field Naas maiden in early-March but opening mark looks harsh on his bare hurdles form.
Inchidaly Copper (IRE)
Fair chaser who was in good form from appreciably lower hurdles mark at the back end of last year. Likely strong pace in his favour dropping back to 2m and record when fresh isn't too shabby, either.
