Timeform View

INDIAN LAND proved a different proposition upped in trip for his second start when scoring at Wolverhampton in May and can continue to improve as he goes over further still. He gets the vote ahead of the progressive Time Saxon Warrior, while Rhodes Runner helps give Ralph Beckett a strong hand in the race.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Time Saxon Warrior traded at a low of 4.10 and Betfair SP of 5.44 when losing last time, a race in which it led.

Timeform Comments

Rhodes Runner (IRE)
Hasn't quite been able to meet expectations in her 2 outings, though shaped better than on debut when third of 6 in maiden at Doncaster (6.5f) 26 days ago. Form from last time has been boosted since, so she could yet do better now switched to a nursery.
Time Saxon Warrior (FR)
Has progressed gradually with each of his 3 starts, beaten only by a promising type in 8-runner maiden at Leicester (7f) 19 days ago. Arrives on the upgrade as he heads into handicaps, so he's not taken lightly.
Indian Land
Left debut form well behind when winning 11-runner novice at Wolverhampton (6f) in May, staying on to lead late. Further increase in trip promises to suit and he looks to have leading claims as he goes handicapping.
Bayside
Fair form in her 4 starts, getting off the mark at the second attempt in 5f novice at Beverley in April. Found it tougher under a penalty next time, before facing a stiff task in the Chesham at Royal Ascot. Should stay this far back in calmer waters.
Bin Waary (IRE)
Showed ability in 6f novice at this course on debut, though still looked in need of the experience upped to 7f at Lingfield next time. Shaped as if possibly amiss when well held at Leicester 19 days ago, but no surprise to see him bounce back on handicap bow.
Graceful George (IRE)
Encouraging fourth in 10-runner novice here (6f) on debut. Has gone backwards from that effort in 2 subsequent outings though, in first-time cheekpieces when well held in maiden at Bath last time. Needs to get back on track.
Agnes Hathaway
Held back by inexperience first 2 outings, before possibly unsuited by testing conditions when well beaten in novice at Nottingham (5f) 3 weeks ago. Has work to do upped in trip sent handicapping.
Magical Life
Bred for longer trips but didn't offer much promise in 3 starts in April, fitted with cheekpieces (now discarded) when well-beaten fourth of 5 in novice at Wolverhampton (5f) on latest outing. 9 lb out of the weights for her nursery debut.
