Timeform View

GLORIOUSLY GLAM hasn't been at her best on her last 2 starts, but will appreciate this return to a claimer and she could be worth siding with to bounce back. Alex Belardo is respected as a last-time-out winner and feared, with Buttermere Ridge and Land of The Giants others to consider.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Tara Na Ri traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Alex Belardo (IRE)
Responded well to a switch of headgear when second at Wolverhampton (8.6f) on penultimate start and confirmed himself as good as ever when going one place better at Down Royal (7f) 2 weeks ago, edging ahead close home. Has to be on the shortlist in this groove down in grade.
Annacroft (IRE)
5-y-o mare who offered little sent off at long odds in a Down Royal maiden (13f, soft) 2 weeks ago. Can only be watched dropping significantly in trip.
Gloriously Glam (IRE)
Back to winning ways in claiming company at Gowran in May. Recent efforts not so good, but will find this less demanding than the handicaps she's contested the last twice and there is a good chance she can bounce back.
Hexagonal (IRE)
Still looking for first success but found some improvement when good second over longer trip at Ballinrobe. Backed that up when fourth in a big field at the Curragh next time but below form in pair of starts at up to 1m last month. Still, not ruled out on first start in a claimer.
Minaun View
Still a maiden after 18 starts, though wasted no time getting back to form when second of 9 at Down Royal (7f, soft) on penultimate start. Not so good when eighth at Fairyhouse (7f) on Wednesday, however.
Smithfield (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden who returned with a good fourth of 15 at Limerick in April. Not in same form either start since, albeit having worst of draw at Leopardstown (1m) 2 weeks ago. Blinkers now the headgear of choice down in grade.
Buttermere Ridge (IRE)
Ended 2025 out of sorts yet equipped with first-time visor, there was more encouragement to glean from his reappearance seventh in 15-runner handicap at Leopardstown (7f) 2 weeks ago. Entitled to strip fitter for that effort and player on these terms if doing so.
Dynamic Force (IRE)
On a long losing run and a below-form seventh of 15 in handicap at Fairyhouse (6f) 21 days ago. Engaged 6.10 Bellewstown Thursday.
Land Of The Giants (IRE)
Winner of handicap at Ayr (9f) in May and quickly dispelled a lesser effort at Leopardstown when making the frame at Dundalk/Down Royal later that month. One of 3 runners from this yard and considered returned to claiming company.
Rampage (IRE)
Fifteen runs since his last win in 2025 and only eleventh of 15 in handicap at Leopardstown (9f) 15 days ago. Work to do on these terms dropped into claiming company. Engaged 6.10 Bellewstown Thursday.
Colugo (IRE)
Maiden who was holding form well on all-weather prior to Christmas. Far too headstrong in trio of starts over hurdles more recently though, and she ran no sort of race back on the level at Leopardstown (9f, soft) 3 weeks ago. Usual hood discarded here.
Je Suis Celebre
Went close in novice at Kempton for Ian Williams at the start of the year but not scaled anything like the same heights in trio of starts for new yard in recent months, equipped with cheekpieces/tongue tie (retained) when well beaten on handicap bow at Fairyhouse 5 weeks ago. Down in trip/grade now.
Lohengrin
Belatedly off the mark in a Laytown maiden (7f) last summer but struggled to replicate that subsequently, finishing a well held tenth in a Leopardstown handicap (9f) 2 weeks ago. Cheekpieces refitted now back in claiming company.
Tara Na Ri (IRE)
Fared better than previously in handicaps when fifth of 14 at this course (1¼m, good) 4 weeks ago. However, never figured when twelfth of 17 at Fairyhouse (6f) on Wednesday. Quickly steps back up in trip.
Countertop (IRE)
Offered little in turf maidens last season.
Mullacash Buzz (IRE)
It's now 23 runs since his last win in 2023 and never looked like bucking that trend equipped with first-time blinkers when a below-form sixth of 14 in handicap at Roscommon 53 days ago. Cheekpieces go back on. Engaged 6.10 Bellewstown Thursday. RESERVE.
Wonderwalk (IRE)
Never figured on Flat/over hurdles during 2025 and offered little following 9 months off when well beaten in a Leopardstown maiden (15f) 2 weeks ago. Drops back significantly in trip now. RESERVE.
