Timeform View

YOU DONE WELL made a pleasing start for MIchael Browne last time and, with a good-value conditional on board, is selected to resume winning ways. Glendine Billy is well handicapped on pick of his efforts if ready to go after a break, whilst Grey Gardens would have finished much closer last time but for some sloppy jumping errors.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

You Done Well traded at a low of 2.56 and Betfair SP of 5.80 when losing last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Mount Ferns (IRE)
Ran well from further back than ideal when third at Listowel last September. In the process of also running well when departing 3 out in handicap chase (6/4) at Killarney the following month. Not seen again until pulled up over hurdles at Cork in May. Needs to leave that well behind.
Grey Gardens (FR)
Surpassed previous form sent handicapping after a break when third of 20 at Down Royal (17f) in May but was let down by his jumping when 10½ lengths seventh of 14 to Kilt at Wexford 23 days later, second when bad mistake 2 out. Clear round and step forward likely needed.
Lakota Blue (FR)
Bumper winner in France who didn't kick on after initially making a positive start over hurdles for Gordon Elliott and could only notch a couple of modest placed efforts from 3 starts over fences last season. Back over hurdles for new connections but tendency to finish weakly remains a concern.
Oh So Charming
Best effort for some time when 2¾ lengths second of 9 to Rich Belief in claiming hurdle at this course in May, but failed to back that up in a handicap last time and needs a strong gallop to be effective at this trip.
You Done Well (IRE)
Winner at Limerick off 6 lb higher last May and made a promising start for current connections when 2½ lengths third of 15 to Getaway Henry at Clonmel last month. Cheekpieces go back on and looks sure to go close if turning up in same form.
Kentucky Bluebird (IRE)
Stepped up on previous performances when 5¾ lengths fourth of 14 to Kilt at this course last time. Needs to back that up.
Tropical Twist (IRE)
Lightly-raced mare who hasn't made much impact over hurdles to date, running no sort of race in a handicap at Bellewstown last time. Questions to answer now.
Glendine Billy (IRE)
Hasn't stood much racing of late but did at least catch the eye with his move into contention here (17f) 80 days ago before fading on his first run in 8 months. Claims if ready to go after another break.
Cinnabar Moth (IRE)
No impact in bumpers/maiden hurdles but showed a bit more when 9¾ lengths fifth of 10 to Shannon Bank in handicap at Listowel last time. Worth a market check.
Mr Macphisto (IRE)
Two-time winner but was operating below best when last seen 19 months previously and needs to prove he retains enough ability to feature.
Dark Berkshire (IRE)
Poor maiden that has failed to make much of an impact in handicap hurdles on last 3 starts. Wears first-time cheekpieces.
He Who Dares (IRE)
Remains with little form over hurdles.
Mount Hotham (IRE)
Fairly useful form in 3 starts on the Flat in France for Andre Fabre. Little show in maiden hurdles or in handicaps last 2 starts.
Esticky End (IRE)
Long-standing maiden with very little recent form.
Syosset (IRE)
Hard to get excited by what he achieved in his first stint over hurdles but has since won on the all-weather at Dundalk in November. RESERVE.
O'grady Cracker (IRE)
Hasn't shown much in 4 starts over hurdles, including on handicap debut on latest. RESERVE.
Barrogstown Girl (IRE)
Fair Flat winner who has been well held all 3 starts in maiden hurdles but may do better now tackling a handicap. RESERVE.
