Timeform View

BRUCE BANNER looked unfortunate not to collect over C&D last week and can gain compensation. Havachoc should be happier back at Class 6 level and can give the selection most to do.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Bruce Banner traded at a low of 1.80 and Betfair SP of 1.99 when losing last time, a race in which it raced behind.

Timeform Comments

Taylormade Lad (IRE)
Carlisle winner (11f, good to firm) last summer and has returned in good form, racing a bit too keenly for his own good again when fifth of 10 at Carlisle (11f again) last time.
Sisterandbrother
Second 1½m turf win since joining Joey Ramsden when seeing off 5 rivals (including Bruce Banner) here last month. Respectable seventh of 14 in York Class 4 last weekend and this is more his level. Cheekpieces quickly back on.
Havachoc
Enjoyed a productive winter on all-weather, completing a hat-trick in February. Plenty of creditable efforts in defeat since, including third over C&D (good) in April. Well held in a Chester Class 4 latest but he's respected back in a lower grade.
Bruce Banner (IRE)
Dual Flat/hurdles winner who has placed over C&D in recent months, looking unlucky (met trouble before finishing strongly) when runner-up last week. Races off 1 lb lower here. Leading claims.
Speechman (USA)
Regressive handicapper who has still to so much as place in 17 attempts for current connections. A first-time visor replaces regular cheekpieces.
