Timeform View

GUNALT WAVELENGTH has had the form of her 2 recent wins franked and still looks well treated after another rise so she's taken to complete the hat-trick. Sailor's Return shaped quite nicely on British debut at Carlisle and could figure at likely bigger odds, whilst Bami is tough to rule out following her successful reappearance.

Timeform Comments

Bami (IRE)
Progressive filly who won a handicap at Newbury on return from 6 months off, showing a likeable attitude for stable that has returned to form recently. Carries a penalty but hard to rule out given her upward trajectory.
Why Because (IRE)
Better effort this year when fourth of 6 in a maiden at Catterick (6f) in May, finishing with running left. Progress required but she's not bred to be a sprinter and now steps back up in trip to 7f, which should suit.
Borjina
Got off the mark in a novice at Catterick in April but only seventh of 10 in a handicap at Wetherby 29 days ago, though she did rear leaving the stalls. Retains potential.
Seeing Stars
Off the mark in a maiden at Kempton in January and then ran well on handicap debut at Wolverhampton in May. Creditable fourth of 10 on turf bow at Wetherby 29 days ago despite getting unbalanced late on so she may still have more to offer.
Sailor's Return
Showed fair form without winning in France but shaped quite nicely when sixth of 10 in a handicap at Carlisle 18 days ago on British/stable debut and merits respect for in-form yard with that outing under her belt.
Light The Night Up (IRE)
Creditable fourth in handicaps at Nottingham over 8.3f both outings this year, travelling well but lacking a change of gear on latest. Now drops back to 7f which could well suit if they go a strong tempo.
Accademia
Shaped as if needing the run when fifth of 6 at Lingfield on handicap debut and return from 7 months off in May, though also didn't look entirely straightforward so it remains to be seen which way she goes from that outing.
Gunalt Wavelength
Bagged back-to-back handicaps at Ripon and this track in recent weeks, having to pick way through before getting up for most recent success. The form of both wins is proving strong already so she holds solid claims of completing the hat-trick on the back of a 4 lb rise.
Uncertainty (IRE)
Stopped slide for this yard when seventh in handicap behind Gunalt Wavelength over C&D 19 days ago, ending up with too much to do but travelling fluently before running on at the line. It's a stretch to think she'll reverse the form with that one, but she could be in or around the frame at big odds.
South Coast Star (IRE)
Career-best effort when getting off the mark in 7f handicap at Wolverhampton 31 days ago. Now has a 9 lb higher mark to contend with up in grade and she flopped on her only previous turf outing so has some questions to answer.
Angel Summer (IRE)
One of the least exposed and made the frame when fourth of 10 at Lingfield in a handicap on all-weather 29 days ago, weakening gradually to suggest this 7f trip might prove ideal, but she's got plenty more on her plate back on turf in this company.
Vega's Virtue (IRE)
Was seen to good effect when winning at Ripon over 1m in May. Not in same form when third of 8 at Leicester 20 days ago, racing freely, and now drops back to 7f.
